AND NOW, comes the Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of
1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055, by
and through its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and Jennifer
B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against
Susan T. Miller, an adult individual, owning property located at
1130 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055. Susan T. Miller, is the
owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any
improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon
erected situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western side of Churchtown Road
(L.R. 507) at the Northeastern corner of Lot No. 2 on the
Plan of Allen Park, as recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 22,
Page 83; thence along said Lot No. 2, North 63 degrees 25
minutes West 270 feet to a point at land of Skiro, Inc.;
thence along the latter, North 26 degrees 35 minutes East
100 feet to a point at Lot No. 4 on said Plan; thence along
the latter, South 63 degrees 25 minutes East 270 feet to a
point along the Western side of the said Churchtown Road;
thence along the latter South 26 degrees 35 minutes West 100
feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 3 of the Plan of Allen Park.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a dwelling house.
BEING the same premises which Stephen L. Miller and Susan T.
Miller, husband and wife, by Deed dated December 23, 1985
and recorded December 27, 1985 in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book ~Q", Volume 31, Page
976, granted and conveyed unto Susan T. Miller, owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-10-0640-023.
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer
Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has
been duly assessed against Susan T. Miller, an adult individual,
and the real property described herein from and on December 20,
2002, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%)
percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys'
fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-described
real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16,
1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended
(Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
