MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION
AND NOW, comes the Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of
1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055, by
and through its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and Jennifer
B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against
Joseph J. Poeschl and Nancy L. Poeschl, husband and wife, adult
individuals, owning property located at 1620 West Lisburn Road,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17055. Joseph J. Poeschl and Nancy L. Poeschl, are owners of all
that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon,
being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN land and real estate, and every tract,
parcel, lot and piece thereof situate in Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern side of Lisburn Road
(L.R. 21013) on the dividing line between Lots Nos. 67 and
68 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by said
dividing line and the dividing line between Lots Nos. 67 and
69 on said Plan of Lots, North 21 degrees 59 minutes 20
seconds East 249.06 feet to a point; thence South 73 degrees
29 minutes East 100.46 feet to a point; thence by the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 66 and 67 on said Plan of
Lots, South 21 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds West 258.64
feet to a point on the northern side of Lisburn Road
aforesaid; thence by the northern side of said Road, North
689 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds West 100 feet to the Place
of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 67 of Section F on the Plan of Lots known as
Monroe Estates as recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 23, Page 177.
BEING the same premises which John B. Lampi and Patricia A.
Lampi, husband and wife, by Deed dated August 29, 1986 and
recorded August 29, 1986 in the Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds Office in Deed Book "D", Volume 32, Page 504,
granted and conveyed unto Joseph J. Poeschl and Nancy L.
Poeschl, husband and wife, owners.
Tax Parcel No. 22-26-0227-028.
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer
Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has
been duly assessed against Joseph J. Poeschl and Nancy L.
Poeschl, husband and wife, adult individuals, and the real
property described herein from and on November 29, 2002, and for
which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent,
along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys, fees, a
municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real
property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923,
P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended
(Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
