LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, EUGENIA RITA LEVANS of 3B1 North 27th street, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament
and revoke any and all prior Wills and Codicils.
fIRST: I direct my Executor and Executrix to payout
of my estate the expenses of my last illness, funeral and burial
as soon as practicable after my death.
~ I give and bequeath to my beloved son, JEFFREY
LEVANS, of 3B1 North 27th street, Camp Hi 11, pennsylvania, my
suzuki samauri automobile.
If my son, JEFFREY LEVANS, should predecease me, or fail
to survive me by thirty (30) days, then this gift shall lapse and
become part of the resi.due of my estate.
THIRD:_ I give, bequeath and devise the rest and
residue of my estate, ~Ihether it consists of real, personal or
mixed property, and all other property of any kind in which I have
any legal, equitable or beneficial i.nterests at the time of my
death, regardless of where such property may be located, to those
of my beloved eight children, JEROME LEVANS, EUGENIA LACARUBA,
KATHERINE GIGLER, PATRICK LEVANS, MOLLY LEVANS, MEGAN CALEJAS,

CARRIE LEVANS, and JEFFREY LEVANS, who survive me, in equal shares.
~OURTII: If any of my children should predecease m~,
or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, then I give, bequeath
and devise the share of the deceased child to his or her issue then
living at the time of my death, in equal shares, subject to the
following conditions:
(a) If any of such issue have attained
the age of thirty (30) at the time of my
death, then I direct that he or she receive
his or her share outright~
(b) If any of such issue have not
attained the age of 'thirty (30) at the time of
my death, then I direct that hi.s or her share
be held in trust by the Trustee named beloW,
and subject to the provisi.ons set forth in the
fifth paragraph of this my Last Will and
Testament.
Should any of my children predecease me, or fail to
survive me by thi.rty (30) days, and not have issue then living at
the time of my death, then hi.s or her share shall be di.vided
equally among my surviving children.

Levans, deceased, died testate on December '7, 1997, having first made her Last Will and
Testament, which was duly executed on the 1 st day of December 1997, the same having been
offered and accepted for probate by the Register of Wills of and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania;
WHEREAS, Jean Rita Levans, alkla Eugenia Rita Levans, by the aforesaid Last Will and
Testament, named Jerome Levans, beloved son, and Eugenia LaCaruba, beloved daughter, to
serve as Executor and Executrix of her Last Will and Testament;
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary on the estate of said decedent were duly issued by Mary
C, Lewis, Register of Wills, of and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to the said Executor and
Executrix, hereinafter called the Personal Representatives, on the 18th day of December 1997,
the issuance of which have been duly advertised according to the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania;
WHEREAS, the said Personal Representatives have gathered the assets of the estate of the
said decedent, which consist of both real property and personal property as set forth in Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, and which have an aggregate value of
$145,516,71,
WHEREAS, the debts and deductions, including the payment of inheritance taxes in the
said estate in the amount of $132,558,68, having been fully paid, leaving a balance for
distribution of $12,958,03, also set forth In the statement of the said Personal Representatives,
