I, WILSON E. FARNER, of North Middlelon Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke all wills which I
have previously made.
FIRST: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real and pf'rsona .
wherevt1r situat.ed, to my wife, Lela M. Farne r, absolutely and in fee simple if sh
shall survive me.
SECOND: If my said wife docs not survive me, I give, devl.se and be-
queath my entire estate, real and per~onal. wherever situated, in equai shares to
my two daughters. Jane L. Farner and Shirley E. Farner, and if either be decease
to her surviving issue per stirpes. if any, and if no surviving issue then all to the
survivor of my two daughters if living. and if neither daughter nor the issue of any
daughter shall survive me, I give, devise and bequeath the same to.the Pennsylvani
Heart Association Incorporated. to be used for its general charitable purposes.
THIRD: I appoint Farmers Trust. Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
as guardian of the estate of any beneficiary under this will not of full legal age at
thll time of my decease.
FOURTH: I appoint my wife, Lela M. .Farner, as executrix of this my
last will and testament. If for any reason she shall fail to qualify 01' cease to act
as such during the administration of my estate, I appoint my daughter Jane L.
Farne l' as substituted executrix. 1f for any reason she shall fail to qualify or
cease to act as such during the administration of my estate, I appoint Farmers
Trust Company of Carlisle. Pennsylvania, as substituted executor with the same
powers and duties as if originally appointed.
