A. I give ten shares of Beistle Compe.ny stock and $10,000.00
fn oash to my granddaughter, ,Jenr\ifer R. Goodhart, if she
survives me, subject to the trust provisions of this
will.
B. I give ten shares of Beist.le company stock and $10,000.00
in cash to my grandson, Justin R. Goodhart, if he
survivea me, subject to the trust provisions of this
will.
I give the balance of my Beistle company stock to my
children, Charles C. Goodhart and virginia L. Virkler,
in equal shares, provided that the share of any child who
predeceases me or dies on or before the thirtieth day
following my death shall be distributed under the terms
of subparagraph F herein.
I give my Alliance North American Government Inc. TRB
stock to my grandchildren, Justin R. Goodhart and
Jennifer R. Goodhart, in equal shares, subject to the
trust provisions set forth herein.
I give and bequeath those items listed on a separate
unsigned memorandum which refers to this my will by date
to my grandchildren, Jennifer R. Goodhart and Justin R.
Goodhart.
The balance of the residue of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my children, namely Charles C.
Goodhart and Virginia L. Virkler, in equal shares,
provided that the share of any child who predeceases me

grandchildren should predecease me or die on or before
the thirtieth day following my death, prior to
distribution to the beneficiary under this will, it is
my desire that $5,000.00 cash be paid to the surviving
spouse of my deceased grandchild prior to distribution
to other beneficiaries named in this will.
FOURTH
In the event that anyone entitled to a share of my estate
should be under the age of twenty-one years at the thle for
distribution to such beneficiary, I constitute and appoint Charles
C. Goodhart, trustee. Should my son, Charles C. Goodhart, fail to
survive me, or fail to qualify as trustee, I appoint Virginia L.
Virkler, as trustee of any property which passes either under this
will or otherwise to said beneficiary. Said trustee shall in the
trustee's sole discretion and without order of court, use principal
as well as income from time to time as may appear to be necessary
for the beneficiary I s ;:~J fare, comfort, medical care, recreation,
support and education, without responsibility to the beneficiary
or to any person taking care of the beneficiary; and the remaining
balance in the hands of said trustee shall be distributed to said
beneficiary when the beneficiary attains the age of twenty-one
years.
If such beneficiary dies prior to attaining the age of
twenty-one years, said trustee is authorized in the trustee's
discretion to pay part or all of the beneficiary's funeral expenses
and the remaining balance in the hands of said trustee shall be

distributed to the beneficiary's personal representative. In the
event the funds h61d by the trustee for any beneficiary become in
the opinion of the trustee too small for proper and efficient
administration, the trustee, in the trustee's sole discretion, may
deposi t such funds in a savings account in the name of the
bel1eficiary.
FIFTH
Any fiduciary under this will shall have the following powers
in addition to those vested in them by law and by other provisions
of my will applicable to all property whether principal or income,
including property held for minors, exercisable without Court
approval, and effective until actual distribution of all property:
A. To retain any and all of the assets of my estate, real
or personal, without regard to any principle of
diversification of risko
B. To invest in all forms of property including stock,
common trust funds and mortgage investment funds without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania
fiduoiaries as they deem proper, without regard to any
principle of diversificatlon of risk.
C. To sell at publio or private sale, to exchange or to
lease for any period of time any real or personal
property and to give options for sales, exchanges or
leases, for such prices and upon such terms or conditions
as they deem pr<lper.

D. To allocate reoeipts and expenses to prinoipal or inoome
or partly to eaoh as they from time to time think proper.
I!J. To oompromise any cla im or controversy.
F. TO distribute in cash or in kind or partly in each.
G. To hold property in their names without designation of
any fiduciary capacity or in the name of a nominee or
unregistered.
SIXTH
I direot that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction
imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.

The interest of the beneHciaries hereunder shall not be
subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary alienation;
and the principal and income shall be paid by the trustee or
guardian direct to or for the use of t.he beneficiary entitled
thereto, without regard to any assignment, order, attachment or
claim whatever.
EIGHTH
I appoint my son, Charles C. Goodhart, and my daughter,
Virginia L. Virkler, as co-executors of this my will.

jurisdiotion.
