LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
DOROTHY M. HANSHAW
I, DOROTHY M. HANSHAW, of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM II I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon aD conveniently may be
done after my decease.
ITEM II: I bequeath my dining room set to my niece, KIMBERLY A.
FORDYCE, provi.ded she survives me.
ITEM III: I bequeath my bedroom suite in the pink bedroom to my
niece, JOYCE KRAUSE, provided she survives me.
ITEM IV: I bequeath my secretary desk located in my front
hallway to DOUGLAS CHARNEY, provided he survives me.
ITEM_'l: I bequeath such of my tangible personal property as is
set forth in a separate memorandum which I shall place with my will to
the persons therein designated.
~: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate as follows:

A. Five (5%) percent thereof to the TRINITY EVANGELICAL
LUTHERAN CHURCH of 2000 Chestnut street, Camp Hill, pennsylvania, to
be used for general church purposes.
B. Three (3%) pet'cent thereof unto my father, WILLIAM A.
HANSHAW, of Hummelstown, pennsylvania, pr.ovided he 9u~vives me.
C. Fi.fty-five (55%) percent thereof to be divided in equal
shares between the following named brothers and sisters who survive
mel HENRIETTA A. BECHTEL of Hummelstown, pennsylvania; PEARL E.
WESTENBERGER of Mid west city, Oklahoma; SHIRLEY C. SMITH of
Sohuylkill Haven, pennsylvania; DORIS JEAN PHILLIPS of Annville,
pennsylvania; MILDRED M. HANSHAW of Hummelstown, pennsylvani^; JOHN W.
HANSHAW of Littlestown, pennsylvania; EARL R. HANSHAW of Dillsbur9,
pennsylvania; Ri.CHARD R. HANSHAW of Camp Hill, pennsylvania; JAMES H.
HANSHAW of Elizabethtown, pennsylvania; and GARY L. HANSHAW of
Hummelstown, pennsylvania.
D. Fifteen (15%) percent thereof to be divided in equal

RHONDA HANSHAW, DEBORAH I"INK, and JOYCE KRAUSE.
E. Seventeen (17%) peroent thereof to be divided in equal
shares between the following grandnieces and grandnephews who survive
mel STEVE FINK, MIKE FINK, RUSSELL T. FLEMING, NATHAN FORDYCE,

F. The remaining five (5%) percent thereof to be divided in
equal shares between the following named individuals who survive mel
NATHAN SCOTT BRANT of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, KEITH DOUGLAS BRANT
of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, ALLYSON LEAH BRANT of Shippensburg,
pennsylvania, LENA BETH KATZ of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and ANITA
BRANT of Newville, Pennsylvania.
ITEM VII: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as Guardian
for any minor who may take a share under this will, the parent of Baid
minor.
ITEM VIIII I appoint my sister, MILDRED M. HANSHAW, of
Hummelstown, Pennsylvani.a, Executrix of this my last will. Should my
sister, MILDRED M. HANSHAW, fail to qualify or cease to act as Execu-
trix, I appoint my nephew, RAYMOND L. HANSHAW, of Hershey,
Pennsylvania, Executor of this my last will.
ITEM-IXI I direct that my Executrix or her successor retain
DAVID H. STONE, ESQUIRE, to aid in the administration of my estate.
):TEM X: No fi.duciary acting hereunder shall be required to post
bond or enter Becurity for the faithful performance of hie/her duties
in any jurisdiction.

I, DOROTHY M. HANSHAW, of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
ITEM III I bequeath my dining room set to my niece, KIMBERLY A.
FORDYCE, provided she survives me.
ITEM !III I bequeath my bedroom suite in the pink bedroom to my
niece, JOYCE KRAUSE, provided she survives me.
ITEM IV: I bequeath my secretary desk located in my front
hallway to DOUGLAS CHARNEY, provided he survives me.
~~I I bequeath such of my tangible personal property as is
set forth in a separate memorandum which I shall place with my will to
the persons therein designated.

C. Fifty-five (55%) percent thereof to be divided in equal

the improvements thereon erected, situate in the Borough of Camp Hill,

fifteen (15) feet alley on the west and having a width on said alley

BEING the same premises which was awarded to Dorothy m. Hanshaw, the
decedent herein, by Decree Awarding Real Estate dated September 23,
19B7, and recorded in the Office of Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
County in Deed Book Y, Volume 32, Page 284.
TOGETHER with all and s.ingular the buildings, improvements, ways,
streets, alleys, passages, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties,
privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever, thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and

I, DOROTHY M. HANSHAW, of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, J:'ennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM II I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.

FORDYCE, provided she survivus me.

hallway to DOUGLAS CHARNEY, provided he survives me.

set forth in a separate memorandum which I shall place with my will to
