I direct my Co-Executors to pay all my debts
which shall be determined to be proper ante mortem claims against
my estate as soon after my death as shall be practicable.
Article Two:
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever the same may consist
and wheresoever the same may be located, I give, devise and bequeath
unto my son, Robert M. Lauver and my daughter, Shirley M. Lauver,
share and share alike, to be theirs absolutely and forever.
Article Three:
In the event that my son, Robert M. Lauver, or
my daughter, Shirley M. Lauve~, should predecease me, or their deaths
be simultaneous with mine, 01." if they should die before my estate is
distributed, then in any of such events, I direct that their share
shall be distributed to my granddaughter, Linda Lee Wallace, to be
hers absolutely and forever.
Article Four:
I authorize and empower my Co-Executors to make
all divisions and distributions provided for under this Will; to sell
at pUblic or private sale to any purchaser, with or without option,
for cash or upon credit and to exchange, lease or mortgage any inter-
est in real or personal property; to invest and reinvest in such
property, real or personal, as they in their discretion shall deem
wise without being limited to investments authJrized f~r trust funds
by the laws of the state of Connecticut or any other jurisdiction;
to borrow money by mortgage, on collateral or otherwise; and to
register securities in their names or in the names of their nominees.

WHEREAS, Miriam M. Lauver, late of the Borough of
Mechanicsburg, County of cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, died testate on December 1, 1997, having first made
her Last Will and Testament in writing probated before the
Register of Wills of said cumberland County on December ~3, 1997,
a.nd Letters Testamentary were issued on the salT,e date to j{obert
M. Lauver, the Executor named in the Last Will and Testament of
said Decedenti and
WHEREAS, said Executor has entered upon and completed his
administration of said Decedent's Estate as set forth in his
First and Final Account attached hereto, and intends to
distribute the net balance of the assets of said Estate to the
persons named in the Statement of Proposed Distribution also
attached hereto, both of said documents being incorporated herein
by reference thereto; and
NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Robert M.
Lauver and Shirley Lauver, being the principal legatees and
distributees named in the Will of said Decedent and the persons
entitled to share in the residuary distribution of the Estate of
said Decedent, do hereby declare and say that we, have examined
the attached Account and Statement of proposed Distribution, and
find the same to be true and correct, and in strict accordance
with the terms and provisions of said Will, and we do hereby
acknowledge that we, this day have, had and received of and from
