'3, PrudentIal Life Insurance procepds of $1,281,37, the Holy ~pirit
Hospital refund of an overpayment of $23,90 and the AARP Account refund of
$126,75 have been placed in the Estate Account to be utilized for payment of
estate billa,
4. It is acknowledged that Decedent owned securities, reflected on a
letter attached hereto from ,John V. Thomas dated January 15, 1998, which were
valued at date of death at $270,852,20 which will be distributed or expended as
follows:
(a) The Executor, GARTH E, HOFFMAN, redeemed 100 shares of Bell South,
34 shares of NCR and 296 shares of US West Media Croup on January 8, 1998 and
placed the net proceeds derived therefrom of $14,825.63 in the Estate Account,
Subsequently, he sold 1972 shares of Pru Mtg Inc Funds, 2123 shares of Govt Ine
Fund and 2366 shares of Pru High Yield Fund and on March 6, L998 deposited the
net proceeds derived therefrom of $69,333,95 into the Estate Account for the
payment of bills, On March 9, 1998 he deposited three dividend checks totalling
$113,94 in that account.
(b) Ownership of the follOWing shares of stock wU1 be re-registered
to designated beneficiaries in the following manner and the broker shall be
