I, NORMAN J. HOCKENBERRY, of 50 Lonesome Road, Newville,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the
nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay
all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate,
Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death,
out of my residuary estate.
SECOND: I give one-half of my estate to my son, THOMAS DEAN
HOCKENBERRY, per stirpes,
THIRD: I give one-half of my estate to my friend, CINDY HOLTRY, per
stirpes.
LAsn Y: I nominate, constitute and appoint my friend, CINDY HOLTRY,
to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that she shall be
unable to serve as Executrix for any reason, I appoint my son, THOMAS DEAN
HOCKENBERRY, as Executor. No Executor shall be required to file bond in this or any
other Jurisdiction,

Dear Jim,
I have inspected the Norman J. Hockenberry properties at 42 Lonesome Road,
50 Lonesome Road, and 1& 5 Point Road all in Upper Frankford Township, Newville,
PA for the purpose of establishing a value. The attached data sheet describes the
respective properties in detail.
In my analysis, I have compared these properties to other similar properties in
close proximity to the subject which have sold within the past year. I have also used
my knowledge of the local real estate market to determine a fair market value Please
be aware that the actual value of the Hockenberry properties is what an interested
party, taking all economic facters into account, is willing to pay for it at a given point in
time.
According to my analysis, I believe the value of the Norman J. Hockenberry
properties as of January 15, 199B to be as follows:
42 Lonesome Road, Newville, PA - ($22,000) Twenty-Two Thousand dollars
50 Lonesome Road, Newville, PA - ($45,000) Forty-Five Thousand dollars

presently not habitable and in very poor condition. No value was placed on the mobile
home due to condition.
Both properties are situated on 14 acres of land, more or less. Much of the land
is low-lying with little road frontage and littlo possibility for development and/or farming.

Account and Schedule of Proposed Distribution of CI E. HOLTRY, Executrix of the
Estate of NORMAN J. HOCKENBERRY, deceased, late Newville, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, having been confirmed absolutely and distribution having been decreed in
accordance with the proposed Schedule of Distribution by order of the Honorable George
E. Hoffer, President Judge, dated August 24, 1999, which Proposed Schedule of
Distribution awarded the herein property to the Grantees in accordance with the Last Will
and Testament of Decedent dtlteo uctober 8, 1996, the real estate hereinafter described
is hereby accordingly awarded to the following persons, all of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in accordance with the terms of decedent's Last Will and Testament
Tract No.1: To CindY Holtrv and Thomas Dean Hockenberrv. as tenant! in
common. their heirs and assians:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate In Upper Frankford Township,
Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a limestone in the center of the lane leading from the
Western side of a public road to the buildings on land formerly of Robert Graver and
Martha B. Graver, his wife, now or formerly of Jerome L. Smith and Dorothy V. Smith, his
wife; thence Westerly along the center of said land, 150 feet, more or less, to an Iron peg
at the line of land now or formerly of Jerome L Smith and Dorothy V. Smith, his wife:
thence Northerly by the same, 167 feet, more or less, to an iron peg; thence Easterly by
the same, 150 feet more or less, to an iron peg on the Western side of the public road
aforesaid; thence Southerly by the Western side of said road and along the line of land
now or formerly of Cameron Orner, 200 feet more or less, to the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Mary E. Gayman, widow, by her Deed
dated June 12, 1958, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds In and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "M", Volume 18, Page 6, granted and
conveyed unto Norman J. Hockenberry and Elsie E. Hockenberry, husband and wife.
The said Elsie E. Hockenberry died September 13, 1989, thereby vesting title to said
premises in Norman J, Hockenberry.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground located on Township Road No. 449 In
Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of said highway at other lands now
or formerly of Norman J. Hockenberry and Elsie E. Hockenberry; thence by said lands,
South 64 degrees West 150 feet to a point: thence by the same, South 33 degrees 15
minutes East, 175.7 feet to a point in the center line of a private lane leading to other
lands now or formerly of Dorothy Smith, widow; thence along the center line of said lane,
South 77 degrees West, 115.6 feet to a point; thence along other lands now or formerly of
Dorothy Smith, widow, North 33 degrees 15 minutes West, 436 feet to a point at line of
lands now or formerly of Wayne Salisbury; thence by said lands North 59 degrees East,
290 feet to a point in the centerline of said Township Road; thence in said road, South 28
degrees 30 minutes East, 286 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Dorothy Smith, widow, by her Deed dated
November 8, 1963, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "A", Volume 21, Page 583, granted and
conveyed unto Norman J, Hockenberry and Elsie E. Hockenberry, husband and wife.
The said Elsie E. Hockenberry died September 13, 1989, thereby vesting title to said

feet South of the intersection of the public road at corner of lands now or formerly of
Rebecca Gutshall, Emory Orner's heirs and Gerald L. Barrick and Wife, formerly part of
the tract of land of which this is a part and said point being the Southeastern corner of
land now or formerly of Gerald I. Barrick and wife; thence by the center line of said road
(as per magnetic bearings of 1952) South 22'1:. degrees East, 1500 feet to a point in the
road; thence still by the same, South 3111. degrees East, 190.5 feet to a point in the
Northeastern corner of land now or formerly of Elwood Jones and wife; thence by the land
