I, JO~L. SHAND of the Dorough of Wormleysburg, Cumbqrland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby r~voking any will previously mado by me.
1 - I c:1ireot tho pilymont from my estate of all my jl!ot
debts and funeral expenses as soon as practical after my death,
II - I dovise and bogueath all of my estat~ of every
nature and wherever situate unto my former husband, Jehn D, Shand,
providing he survives mc by sixty (60) days.
III - Should thc said John B, Shand fail to be Hving
on the sixty-first: (6lst) day fOllowing my death, then I devise
and beqUeath all of my estatc of every nature and wherever situate
unto my children, Pamela Catherine Shand, David Allin Shand,
Patricia Lee Shand, Donald Keith Shand and Douglas Edward Shand,
in equal shar6s per stirpes.
IV - I appoint cCNn Dank, N.A, of bamp Hill, Pennsyl-
vania guardian of any property which passes under this will or
otherwise to a minor or an incompetent and with respect to
which I am authorized to appoint B guardian and have not other-
wise specifically done so, Such quarclian shall have the pewer
to use principal as well as income frbm time te time for the
minor's education, support ond welfare or to make payment for
those purp~sBs without further responsibility to tho minor er to
any person taking care of the minor,
V - In the event my formor husband, John B. Shand,
should predecease me, I appoint his sister and her husband,
Janet and John MUscato, guardians of my minor b~ incompetent
