benefit of eaoh of my then liVing ohildren and one suoh share for
the then living oollective issue E.2E. stirpes of any deceased child,
eaoh of said shares to consist of such artioles of my tangible
personal property as my children and/or issue may agree upon
among themselves, provided that my Exeoutor in making distribution
of said shares pursuant to this Paragraph A shall have the
authority and right:

within six (6) months after my death to agree

tangible personal property are to make up eaoh of

article of my said tangible personal property to
be unsuitable or Inapproptiate for present
distribution to my children and/or issue, but
suitable and appropriate for later distribution,
to distribute said article pursuant to this
Paragraph A to such child or issue by distributing

person chosen by my Exeeutor for safekeeping
until tho date of said later distribution, such
person shall not be required to post bond and the
receipt of such person shall be a full and
complete acquittance and discharge to my

and given by ponderosa System, Inc., as maker, in the original face
amount of Two I~ndred Ninety-three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($293,250.00) . If my said wife faUs to survive me, my
interest in said note shall pass as a ~art of my residuary estate,

to determine the order of our deaths, or if my said wif,e shall

A, In the event that my wifo, Joanne S, Lake, does not sur-
vive me, and in the event a Guardian of the person and lor estate be
neoessary, I nominate and request the oourt having jurisdiction to
appoint Charles S. Merritt of Washington, Michigan to serve without
bond as Guardian of the person and estate of any child of mine who
may be a minor at the time of my death if suoh Guardian bo necessary,
In the event said Charles S, Merritt does notsurvivo me and my wife,
or in the event that he is unwilling or unable to serve or to oon-
tinue to serve as suoh Guardian, and if a Guardian of the person
andlor estate be necessary, I nominate and roquest the court having
~urisdic~ion to appoint Jack B. Lako of Columbus, Ohio to serve
without bond aB suoh Guardian of any of my said minor children.
8, Without hereby imposing any binding legal obligation
upon such Guardian, it is my wish and desire that any children of
min'e who are minors at the time of my death be brought up together
as part of a single family unit for so long as mote than one suoh
child shall be a minor,

under this instrument, nor shall she pe subject to any liapility
for any lo~s or damage incurred by reason of tho exercise of any
of the powers conferred by this instrument, so long as such
investment was made or such power was exercised in good faith
