I, Glenn M. coover, of L,ower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of Bound mind, memory
and understanding, hereby revoking any former Wills by me
heretofore made, do hereby make, publish and declare this my
Last Will and 'l'estament in manner aa follows;
I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts, funeral and bur1nl expenses as soon after my
decease as practicable, as well as all inheritance taxes,
whether Stat~ or Federal, which may be assessed against my
Estate, as part of the costs of administration.
I give, devise, and bequeath all my estate, real,
persC;lIlal" and mJ.xed, to DauphJ.n Deposit Trust company with
J.ts principle office at 213 Market Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to hold and man-
age the same for the use of my wife, Anna C. Coover, for and
during the term of her natural lifetime, should she survive'
me. I direct said 'l'RUS'l'EIt to invest and reinvest the principal
thereof in such investments an in the sole di seretion of my
said TRUSTEE, may be deemed safe and' desirable, besides those
designated by law for trust purposes, 1ncluding those in
"common funds," and to collect the income arisJ.ng theref.rom
and to pay CNer the net income in convenient installments as
nearly equal as practicable and at least quarter-annually
to the said Anna C. coover" or to apply the same for ryer use
and benefit.
I further direct my said TRUSTEE to invade or \Ise

Richard W. Hosler, 27 Veli.na Drive, Albany, New York.
I nominate, constitute, and appoint said Dauphin
Deposit Trust Company TESTAMENTARY GUARDIAN of the separate
'estates of, all. mi.nor chi.ldren who may become legatees or
devisees, under the terms of this my Last Wi.ll. and Testament,
hereby vesti.ng the said GUARDIAN with all the powers and author-
ity given by law to a 'I'RUSTEE, including the right to invest and
reinvest the principal of corpus of my estate in such securities
as. in the opinion of: t.he said GUAHDIAN, within its sole dis-.
