I, DOlUS II. RICE, of .512 Alfred Drive, Silver Spring,
State of Maryland, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my L~st Will and Testa-
ment, her_by revoking any and all other Wills and Testaments here-
tofore made, published or declared hy me.
ITHM II I direct that all my just debts, costs of IId-
ministration, and funeral expenses be paid liS promptlY as may be
practicable after my death. I authorize my executrix or alternate
executrix, heTeinnfter named, to expend such sums as she in her
sole discretion may deem proper for my funeral and interment re-
gardless of any limitation fixed by statute, rule of court or
otherwise. I further direct that nIl inheritance, estate, transfer
and succession taxes, both federal and s'tate, including interest
and penalties thereon, if any, that may be assessed in any way by
reason of my death, shall be paid from my general estate and treat.
