LAST WILL AND ~~_TAMENT

ROUERT W. BARTLETT
BE IT KNOWN HEREBY', tha t I, ROBERT W, BARTI,ETT, of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennlilylvania, being of Iilound and dispoliling mind
and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any
and all Last Will and Testaments and Codicils thereto by me at any
time heretofore made.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, KEVINJ. BAR'l'LETT
to be the Executor of this my Las t Will and Testament. In case my
son should die before I do, or is unable to serve as my Executor,
then I nominate, constitute and appoint the COMMONWElIL'l'H NATIONAL
BANK to be my Executor.
I give and bequeath my Art Library to the Wast Shore Public
Library.
I give and bequeath to the Washington County Muse~~ of Fine
Arts, of Hagerstown, Maryland the first choice of one of my
paintings.
I give and bequeath to the Harrisburg Art Association the
second choice, of one of my paintings.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed or wheresoever situate, I give, devise and
bequeath to my son, KEVIN J. BARTLETT.
III case my son KEVIN J. BARTLETT shall not have a child
living at the time of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate to him.
In case my son shall have a child living at my death, then I
give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue alld remainder of my
estate to the Commonwealth National Bank, intnlst, nevertheless, to
invest and reinvest and to pay the income therefrom to my son, Kevin
J. Bartlett for and during the term of his natural life. Upon the
death of my son, said trustee shall pay the income therefrom in
equal shares to the child or children of my said son until the
youngest child sh~ll attain the age of twenty-one (21) years, at
which time the said trust shall termina.te.
With respect to the Trust Estates hereinbefore created, I
further diroct:
A. That my said Trustee shall hold and manage the sElmil with
full power to invest and reillVest the same in such investments
which a Trustee is 01;' may hereafter be permitted by law to make. In
so doing, they are specifically authorized in their sole discretion
and as they deem fitting and proper. to retain, sell, mortgage,
partition, exohange or otherwise dispose of any or all of the
property of. the Trust Estates, both real and personal.
13. No title in the Trust Estates hereby oreated, or in
the ihcome accruing therefrom, or in its accumulation, shall best
in any beneficiary, and no benoficiary ehall have the right or.
power to transfer, assign, anticipate or encumber his or her
interest in said Trust Estates, or in the income therefrom,
prior to the actual distribution thereof by the Trustees to said
beneficiary. Further, neither the income nor the principal of
aaid Trust Estates shall be liable i.n any manner, in the possession
of the Trustee, for the debts, contracts or ongagements of any
of the beneficiaries.
C. If, in the opinion of the Trustee, any beneficiary
hereunder shall at any time for any reason whatsoever, including
his or her minority, be incapable of properly receipting for or
disbursing the income and/or principal to which he or she may be
entitlted, the Trustee may, during the period or per.iods of such
incapacity, apply the said net income and/or princopal for the
proper maintenance and support of such benefiel.ary, whether by. the
payment of bills therefor or by direct payment of the said income
and/or prinoipal to such person or persons, or institution, as to
the Trustee shall deem best, and the receipt of Buch payee or
payees shall be a full and complete discharge to the 'l'rustee.
D. For the purpose of administering my said estate, I
further authorize and empower my Executor to sell any and all
real estate and personal. property which I may own at the time of my
death, either at public or private salel to make, execute,
acknowledge and deliver good and sufficient deeds or assurance of
title therefor, free of all trusts and limi tat ions , and without'
liability on the purchaser to s.,e to the application of the
purchase price.
