(b) The primary object of my bounty is my wife, Adeline
L. corrigan, and it is my desire that she be protected from want at
all times and in all events,
(c) When my wife is no longer living, my Trustee shall
terminate this trust and make distribution to my son, James L. Corri-
gen, or, if he is not living, fifty percent (5~/o) to his wife, Darlene
G. Corrig~n, and fifty peroent (50%) to my son's issue, per stirpes.
If his wife is not living, my Trustee shall make distribution to
my son's issue, per stirpes. In the absence of said issue, my
Trustee.shall. make distribution to my son's wife, Darlene G. Corrigan.
(d) Any share of this trust which becomes distributable
at termination to a beneficiary who has not yet reached the age of
twenty-eight (28) years shall be held in trust by my trustee until
such beneficiary reaches the age of twenty-eight (28) years. My
Trustee shall apply such amounts of income and principal as it, in
its sole discretion, deems proper for the support, education and
welfare of such beneficiary, and may accumulate any unexpended income
during the minority of such beneficiary. Income and principal may
be paid directly to such beneficiary, may be applied directly, may
be paid to the person with whom such beneficiary resides or may be
paid to the person who has the care and control of such beneficiary,
without the intervention of a guardian, whether or not such bene-
ficiary is then a minor. My Trustee shall not be obliged to super-
vise or in~l\ire into the application of such amounts by such person,
and the receipt of such persOn shall be a complete release of my
Trustee. Should the share of a beneficiary, in the sole opinion of

my Trustee, be or beccme too small to warrant continuing such fund
in trust, or should its administration be or become impractical for
~ny other reason, my Trustee, i.n its sole discretion, may pay such
share, absolutely, to such benefioiary or to the parent or other
person maintaining Baid beneficiary. In event of death, my Trustee
shall distribute as set forth in the residuary clause of the bene-
ficiary's will, or in the absence of a valid will, to his or her
issue, or in default of such issue, to my issue, per stirpes.
(e) Notwithstanding any other language in this Will or
any codicils hereto, my individual Trustee ahall not be involved
in any disoretionary decisions with regard to the allocation of
income or principal. Said decisions shall be made exclusively by
my corporate trustee.
~OURTHI Should my wife, Adeline L. Corrigan, predecease me,
and she shall be presumed to have predeceased me in the event that
it is impossible to determine whether or not she survived me, I
give, devise and bequeath the rest and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, to my son, James L. Corrigan, or, if he is not
living, fifty percent (50%) to my son's wife, Darlene G. Corrigan,
and fifty percent (50%) to my son's issue, pex' stirpes, or, .if my
son's wife is not living, to my son's issue, per stirpes, or if no
issue of my son is living, to my son's wife.
FIFTHI I name my son, James L. Corrigan, as my Executor. If
my son is unable or unwilling ~o serve, he may appoint in writing
one or more individuals, aasociatioos or oorporations to serve in
his place. If neither my son nor any of his appointees hasquali-
fied within thirty (30) days after my death, I appoint National
Bank & Trust Company of Central Pennsylvania as my Executor. My
