for my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking any and
all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
1. I dire ct my Executrix to pay all of my debts, funeral
and administrati,ve expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
2. All of my property, real and pex'sonal, I give, devise
and bequeath to MARTHA I. SWEENEY of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
3. I direct that for the purpose of construing this Will,
a person shall not be dc:emed to have survived me if such person
dies within sixty (60) days of my death.
4. I appoint MARTHA I. SWEENEY as Executrix under this my
Will. I give to my Executrix full power and authority to sell
and dispose of any and all property, real and personal, owned by
me at my death, either at public or private sale, and upon such
terms as she shall deem for the best interests of my estate, and
to make good a.1d sufficient conveyances in the law therefore; and
further, she is to serve as such without bond. Should she fail to
serve for any reason, I appoint BILL MORGAN of Carlisle, Pennsylvania
as alternate Executor, also to serve as such without bond and with
the same powers as are given herein to my Exeoutrix.
