and declare this to be my wHl:
DEBTS AND EXPENSES
I. Debts And Expenses: I direct my Executcr, hereinafter
named, to pay all my legal debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my decease as conveniently may be done.
GIFTS
II. Personal/Hcusehold Effects And Residences: I give, devise
and bequeath all of my furniture, furnishings, books, sHverware,
pictures, objects of art, automobHes and all other domestic and
household effects and personal goods and chattels of every nature
and wherever sHuate, including all insurance pol.icJ.es thereon, and
premises 2900 Merion Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and premises
2424 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, unto my wife, Alice
Harling Snavely. If my saJ.d wife does not survive me, I direct
that premises 2900 Merion Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, be sold
and the proceeds added to my resid~ary estate, and, I then give,
devise and bequeath the aforesaid personal effects and premises
2424 DickJ.nson Avenue, Camp Hil;J., Pennsyl vanla, unto my daughter,
Ruth Snavely Harvey.
III. Marltal DeductJ.on Trust: If my wlfe, Alice Harling Snavel ,
survlves me, I give that amount whioh will be exactly sufflcient to
reduce the federal estate tax falling due because of my death to the
lowest possible figure to my trustee IN TRUST to keep it invested an
thereafter:
A. During my wife's lifetime:
1. The entire net income shall be paid to her, at
least semi-annually;
2. As much cf the prlncipal as my trustee may from

time to time think desirable for her welfare,
oomfort or support shall be paid to her; and
3. She shall have the unrestricted right to withdraw
any part or all of the principal at any time.
B. On my wife's death, any then-remaining prinoipal shall
be paid to such one or more persons or organizations -
including her estate - on such terms as she may appoin
by a will specifically referring to this power of
appointment.
C. If my wife does not exhaust her power of appointment
under the preceding paragraph, on her death:
1. Any increase in death taxes or administration
expenses in her estate caused by the inolusion
of this trust in i.t for tax purposes shall be
paid out of the unappointed principal, and a
written statement by her executor or administrato
of the amounts thus payable may be aocepted as
being correct; and
2. The balanoe of the unappointed prinoipal shall be
added to and thereafter treated as a part of
the prinoIpal of the residuary trust.
IV. Residuary Trust: I give the residue of my estate, real and
personal, to my trustee IN TRUST to keep it invested and thereafter:
A. If my wife, Alioe Harling Snavely, survives me, during
her lifetime:
1. The net Inoome shall be paid to her, in semi-
annual or other convenient installments;
2. As much of the principal as my trustee may from
time to time think desirable - taking into accoun'
funds available from other sources - for the
heal th, support or maintenance of my wife and
either shall be paid to or shall be applied
directly for those purposes; provided that none
of the principal of this trust shall be paid to
or applied for the beneri t of my wife unless the
principal of the marital deduction trust has been
exhausted; and
3. In each oalendar year following the year in which
the marital deduction trust is exhausted (or in
each calendar year following my death if no mari t 1
deduction trust will be established), my wife
shall have the noncumulative right to withdraw
from the principal up to Five Thousand and 00/100
($5,000.00) Dollars or up to five (5%) per cent
thereof, whichever is the e;reater amount (the
amount subject to withdrawal at anyone time
during a calendar year to be based on the market
value of the principal at that time plus the amo t

of any prior withdrawals during that year, that sum to be
reduced by the amount of such prior withdrawals).
B. After my wife's death (or mine if I survive her) and as
long as my daughter, Ruth Snavely Harvey is livlng:
1. As much of the net inceme and the principal as my
trustee 1n my trustee's 801e disoretion, may from time
to time thlnk deslrable for her health, support, main-
tenance, travel or educatlon shall be distributed to
my daughter in such amounts or proportions 8S my trust-
ee may from time to time think appropriate; and
2. Any not income not so distributed shall from time to
time be accumulated and added to the prJ.ncipal.
Income may be accumulated to whatever extent and in what-
ever amounts my trustee may think appropriate, and, that my
trustee may give consideration to other resources of my
daughter as my trustee may think appropriate.
C. After my wife's death (or mine if I survive her) and my
daughter's death, the then remainJ.ng principal shall be
divided into three (3) equal shares, so that there will be
one share for each of my three (3) grwldchildren, namely:
Nanoe Leidy, Jacqueline L. Davis and Neal B. Harvey, who
are then living or then dead, which I direct my Trustee to
dispose of as follows:
1. A one-third (1/3) share shall be distributed immediate-
ly to my granddaughter, Nance Leidy;
2. A one-third (1/3) share shall be distributed immediate-
ly to my granddaughter, Jacqueline L. Davis;
3. A one-third (1/3) share shall be kept invested as a
separate trust for my grandson, Neal B. Harvey, and
thereafter durlng his lifetime:
(a) The net income from his trust shall be paid to
him in quarterly' or other convenient. installment
(b) As much of the principal of his trust as my
Trustee may from time to time think desirable --
taking into account ftmds available from other
sources for health, support, maintenance, travel
or education of my grandson or his descendants
ei ther she,ll be paid to him or shall be applied
directly for those purposes; and
(c) My grandson, Neal B. Harvey shell have the right
to withdraw the entire balance of the princlpal
of his trust at W1Y time after reaching forty
(40) years of age.
4. At my daughter's death (or at the time for the setting
apart of shares in the case of a grandchild who dies be-
fore that time) any then remaining principal of the
trust shall be paid:
(a) To such one or more persons or organ.izations,
excepting only her or his estate, her or his
creditors, and the oreditors of his or her estat
on such terms as she or he may appoint by a will
specifically referring to this power of app01nt-
mentj or, in default of appointment or insofar a
it is not effectual,
(b) To her or his then living desoendants, per stirp s;
or, in default of such descendants,
(c) To my then living descendants, per stirpes; or
in default of such descendants,
(d) To the persons who would be entitled to inherit
from me under the Pennsylvania intestate

TECHNICAL TAX PROVISIONS
V. Calculation of Marital Deduction: In calculating the amoun
to be allocated to the marital deduction trust. (i) the value of any
property which qualif.ies for the mar:ltal deduction but which does no
pass to the marital deduction trust shall be taken into consideratio' ,
(11) the amount shall be reduced to the extent that my estate would
lose the benefit of any credits available against the federal estate
tax in my estate, and (ii:l) the amount shall be calculated without
regard to any generat.ion skipp.ing trust of which I am a deemed trans
feror.
VI. Satisfaction of Marital Deduction: No property ineligible
for the marital deduction shall be used to satisfy that deduction.
Property distributed in kind in satisfaction of the marital deductio
in my estate shall be distrIbuted at the lower of (i) its value at
the time of distribution and (11) either the value finally put on it
for federal estate tax purposes in my estate or, if it was acqui.red
after my death, its adjusted federal income tax basis. Subject to
the foregoing, my executor shall have absolute discretion in select-
ing the property to be allocated to the marital deduction trust.
VII. Survivorsh.ip: For the purposes of this will, my w.ife shall
be deemed to have survived me if the order of our deaths is not
clear.
VIII. Death Taxes: All federal, state, and other death taxes -
except generation skipping transfer taxes - payable because of my
death on the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes,
whether or not it passes under this will, shall be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate just as if they were my debts, and
none of those taxes shall be charged against the marital deduction
trust, any benef.iciary or any outside fund. Any death taxes on

on future interest's shall be paid out of the principal of myresid-
uary estate or the t'esiduary trust whenever my executor or my trust-
ee, in my executor's or my trustee's sole disoretion, thinks best.
IX. Tax Options: I authorize my exeoutor to use administrativ
or other expenses of my estate as income tax or estate tax deductio
or both and to value my estate for tax purposes by any optional
method permi tted by the law in force when I die, without regard to
whether they were paid from principal or' income or whether the size
of the marital deduction trust will be affected thereby, and without
requiring adjustments between principal and income for any resultin
effect on income or estate taxes.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
X. Beneficiaries Under 1'wenty-One or Disabled: If any bene-
ficiary ~der twenty-one years of age becomes entitled to any inconl
or principal hereunder, or if any beneficiary who is, in my trustee'
opinion, disabled by advanced age, illness or other cause become,s
anti tled to any income or principal of the residuary trust:
A. As much of such income or principal as my trustee may
from time to time think desirable for that beneficial'
either shall be paid to him or her or shall be applie'
for his or her benefit; and
B. The balance of such income ffi1d principal shall be hel
as a separate trust for the beneficiary and, subject
tc my trustee's power to pay to, or tc apply for the
benefit of, the beneficiary both income and principal
cf such trust, shall - together with any net income
therefrom - be kept invested and paid, as the case ma.
be, to the beneficiary when he or she reaches twenty-
one years of age or becomes, in my trustee's opinion,
free of disability.
Any f~ds to be applied under this article either shall be applied
directly by my trustee or shall be paid to a parent or guardian of
the beneficiary or to any person or organization taking care of the
beneficiary, and my trustee shall have no further responsibility fo
any funds so applied or paid.
XI. Accelerated Termination:, If my trustee, in my trustee's

sole discretion, determines that it is desirable to do so, my trust
ee may, without further responsibility, terminate any trust under
this will and pay the then remaining principal and income of that
trust to the person then eligible to receive income therefrom or,
if there is more 'than one such person, to them in such amounts or
proportions as my trustee may think appropriate. If any such perso
is a minor or is, in my trustee's oplnion dlsabled by advanced age,
111ness or other cause, my trustee may pay any amount dlstributable
to him or her to hls or her parent or guardian or to any person or
organizatlon taking care of hlm or her or, in the case of a mlnor,
may deposit it in a savlngs account ln the mlnor's name, payable to
hlm or her at majority; provided that any amounts attributable to
the marital deduction trust shall be paid only to my wife or her
legal representative. My trustee shall have no further responslbil
ity for funds so paid or deposited.
XII. Rights in Income: Each trust hereunder shall be entitled
to a proportionate share of income accruing from the event as of
which it is to be set apart (e.g., the date of my death in the case
of the marital deduction trust), and, pending actual division, dis-
tributions of income and
principal may be made directly to a trust I
thereof, to the beneficiaries of the trust.
or, subject to the terms
All income undistributed at a beneficiary's death shall be treated
as if it had accrued thereafter.
XIII. Protective Provision: No interest in income or principal
shall be assignable by, or available to, anyone having a claim
against a beneficiary before actual payment to the beneficiary.
XIV. Management Provisions: I authorize my executor and my
trustee:
A. To take, hold and retain all or any part of my estate,
or any trust created hereby, in the form in which the
same may be at the time of my decease, or at the time
of the receipt thereof by my Trustees from my Executo s

as long as they may deem advisable and to receive all
the income, inorements, rents and profits therefrom;
B. To sell, exohange, partition, lease or otherwise dis-
pose of any property or part thereof, real or persona,
of which I may die seized or possessed or whioh may a
any time form part of my estate, or any trust oreated
hereby, at public or private sale for such purposes
and upon suoh terms, inoluding sales on oredit with 0
without security, in suoh manner and at such prioes
as they may determine, inoluding the right to lease
real estate for periods in exoess of five (5) years
and for a term expiring after the termination of any
trust. In the event of a sale, exohange, partition
or lease of any of the property of my estate, or any
trust oreated hereby, there shall be no liability on
the part of the purohaser or purchasers to see to the
application of the purohase money, but the same shall
be held and disposed of by suoh purchaser or purchase s,
free and olear of any of the provisions of any trust
oreated hereby. Insofar as my Executors are oonoerne ,
nothing in this paragraph is to be oonstrued to work
a conversion of my real estate unless and until the
power is actually exercised.
C. To oontinue any investment which I may have made dur..
ing my lifetime and whioh may form a part of my estat ,
or any trust hereby oreated, or to invest or reinvest
any f\mds in my estate, or any trust created hereby,
in any property, real or personal, of any kind or
nature, including stocks, bonds, mortgages, other see
urities, and common trust funds of the Corporate
Exeoutor and Trustee, without being lim1ted or restri -
ted to investments as now or may hereafter be prescri ed
for fiduoiaries by the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsyl vania or any other state, 1t being my intentiol
to give my Executors and Trustees the same power of
investment and reinvestment which I myself possess wi h
respect to my own funds. This power speoifioally
includes the authorization to retain, buy or sell any
shares of the stook of my oorporate Executor and
Trustee;
D. To cause seourities whioh may from time to time com-
promise any part of my estate, or any trust created
hereby, to be registered i.n thei.r names as Exeoutors
or Trustees, or i.n the name of any nominee, or to tak
and keep the same unregistered and retain them or any
part thereof in suoh condition that they will pass by
delivery without disolosing the fact that the propert
is held in a fiduci.ary capacity;
E. To make any loans either secured or unsecured in such
amounts, upon such terms, at such rates of interest
and to such persons, firms or corporations as they
deem advisable;
F. To retain the principal or oorpus or any part thereof
of my estate, or any trust created hereby, In form of
cash;
G. To borrow money for any pu~pose in oonnection with th

administration of my estate, or my trust created
hereby, from my Executors or Trustees as individuals
or as fiduciaries under any other trust agreement,
or from such other persons as they may desire; execute
promissory notes or other obligations for the amounts
so borrowed and secure the payment of allY amounts so
borrowed by mortgage or pledge of any real or personal
property of which I may die seized or possessed or whi h
may at any time form a part of my estate, or any trust
created herebyj
H. To renew cr extend the time of payment of any obliga-
tion secured or unsecured payable to or by my estate,
or any trust created hereby, for so long a period or
periods of time and on such terms as they may determi
and to adjust, settle, compromise and arbitrate claims
or demands in favor of or against my estate, or any
trust created hereby, upon such terms as they may dee
ad.visable j
I. To vote, in respect to any securities which may at any
time form a part of my estate, or any trust hereby
created, upon any proposition or election at any meet-
ing and to grant proxies, discretionary or otherwise;
vote at any such meetingj to join in or become a part
of any reorganization, readjustment, merger, voting
trust, consolidation or exchange, and to deposit any
such securities with any committee, depository, trust..
ee or otherwise, and to payout of my estate, or any
trust created hereby, any fees, expenses, and assess-
ments incurred in connection therewith, and to charge
the same to principal or income as they may see fitj
to exercise conversion, subscription or other rights,
or to sell or abandon such rights and to receive and
hold any new securities issued as a result of such
reorganization, readjustment, merger, voting trust,
consolidation, exchange, or exercise of subscription,
conversion or other rightsj and generally take all
action in respect to any such securities as they m1gh
or could do as absolute owners thereof; to vote any
stock in the Corporate Executor and Trustee except th
in the election of directors of said Executor and
Trustee said stock shall be voted as directed by the
person or persons then entitled to all or part of the
trust incomej
J. In their discretion to allocate to either principal 0
income or between them any and all taxes (especially
capital gains taxes) which they as Executors or Tl~St-
ees may be required to pay on behalf of my estate, or
any trust created hereby;
K. To divide or distribute, whenever they are required 0
. permi tted, my estate, or any trust created hereby, an
to ma!{e such division or distribution in kind or in
money, or partly in kind and partly in money, and tha
for such purposes the judgment of my Executors and
Trustees as to the va.lue of the different items shall

be conclusive and final upon the beneficiaries;
L. To hold and administer the trusts created hereby 1n
one or more consol1dated fund in whole or in part in
which the separate trusts or funds shall have undiv1d
interests;
M. To determine, in connection with making investments,
whether to amortize premiums in whole or in part;
N. To engage attorneys, investment counsel, accountants,
agents and such other persons as they may deem adv1s-
able in the administration of my estate, or any trust
created hereby, and to make such payments therefor
as they may deem reasonable and to charge the expense
thereof to income or principal as they may cetermine
and to delegate to such persons any discretion which
they may deem proper. The Executors or Trustees
shall not be liable for any negligence, omission or
wrongdoing of such counselor agents, providing reaso -
able care was exerocise in their selection;
O. To exercise all power and authority, j.ncluding any
discretion, conferred in this Will, after the termin-
ation of any trust created hereby and until the same
is fully distributed.
P. To make distr1bution of either pr1ncipal or income as
the case may be to or for the benefit of minors as 1f
such minors were of full age, without the 1nterventio
of a guard1a.l1j
Q. Should the pr1ncipal of any trust be payable to a
minor or minors, the Trustees shall continue the term
of said trust as to said minor or minors unt1l it or
they attain twenty-one (21) years of' age, paying over
to said minor or m1nors, or for the1r use of benef1t,
the proport10nate shares of the net income of said
estate. The Trustees shall, in their discretion, be
authorized to accumulate said income for the benefit
of said minor or m1norsj
R. No t1 t.le in any Trust Estate, or .in the income accru-
ing therefrom, or in its accumulation shall vest in
any beneficiary, and no benef1ciary shall have the
right or power to transfer, assign, anticipate or en-
cumber his or her 1nterest 1n said Trust Estate, or
the income therefrom, prior to the actual distributio
thereof by the Trustees to said beneficiary. Further,
neither the income nor the principal of any Trust
Estate shall be liable in any marmer, in the possessi n
of the Trustees, for the debts, contracts or engage-
ments of any benefJ.ciarYi
S. To join with my wife, or her executors or administrat
aI's, or consent to, as the case may be, in executing
and filing of joint income tax, gift tax or other
similar tax returns as they shall deem advisable, and
to agree on how the tax shall be shared if at all;
T. To elect to claim as a deductJ.on for income tax pur-

poses any or all administration expenses which are
deduotible for either estate or inoome tax purposes.
No adjustment shall be made between prineipal and
inoome because of' such election;
U. In making payments of income from any share held in
trust hereunder to any benef.iciary whC1 is a minor, my
Trustees are hereby authorized and directed to make
subh payments, or any parts thereof, to ethers, with-
out the intervention of a guardian, for the use and
benefi t of such minor', for his or her maintenance, co _
fort, general welfare, educati.on and support, during
minority, with the same and as full right, power and
authority as if my Trustees had been appointed the
legal guardian of such minor; the receipt of any per-
son having legal custody of each of suoh minors shall
be a sufficient release for my Trustees. In their
disoretion, my Trustees may make any such pa~nents
direct to such minor after he or she shall have attai _
ed the age of fifteen (15) years, and his or her
receipt therefor, even though he or she is a minor,
shall be sufficient vcucher for my Trustees;
V. Notwithstanding any ether provisions to the contrary
herein contained, I authorize my Trustees to apply th
income to which any beneficiary may be entitled, and
Without any liability for so do:Lng, for the mainten-
anoe and support of any beneficiary during such per-
iods as he or she, by reason of illness, age or any
other cause whatsoever may be :Lncapable of properly
receipting for or disbursing the same; also on behalf
of such benef.iciary, and without any liability ,for so
doing, to apply such income for the maintenance and
support of the members of his or her immediate family
during such periods.
These authori Ues shall extend to all property at any time held by
my executor or my trustee and shall continue in full force until th
aotual distribution of all such prcperty. All power's, authorities,
and discretion granted by this will shall be in addition to those
granted by law and shall be exercisable without leave of court.
XV. ~dditions: I and my wife and, with my trustee's approval,
anyone else may add to the principal of any of the trusts hereunder
by deed, life insurance contract, by will or otherwise.

XVI. p:xecutor and Trustee: I appoint The Juniata Valley
National Bank of Mifflintown, Pennsylvania Executor of a~d Trustee
'under this will, to serve without bond, and I direct that:
A. Any executor or trustee may resign at any time without

DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE
AND NOW, December ~ CJ , 1980, the Account of The JunJata Valley
Bank, Executor of the Will of the above decedent and Statement of
Proposed Distribution having been confir'med by the Court November 25th,
1980, said statement. of proposed distribution awarding in kind the
real estate hereinafter described.
It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that there is hereby awarded
to Alice Harling Snavely:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate, lying and being in the Borough
of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern side of Merion Road, said point
being located at the point of int.ersectJon of' the northern line of
Merion Road with the western line of Creston Road, and extending
thence northwardly from said point along the western side of Creston
Road one hundred forty (140) feet to a point at lands now or late
of Paul J. Binder and Mary L. Binder, his wife; thence in a westerly
direction along said last mentioned lands one hundred ten and five-
tenth (110.5) feet to a point at other lands, now or late of the Bald
Paul J. Binder and Mary L. Binder, his wife; thence in a southerly
direction along said last mentioned lands one hundred thil'ty-,nine
(139) feet to a point on the northern side of Merion Road; and, thence
eastwardly along the northern side of Merion Road ninety-two and five-
tenth (92.5) feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING,
BEING Lot No.1, in Section "C" on a plan of lots known as Country
Club Hills, as laid out by Schimmel __ Binder, Inc., said Plan being
recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office of and for Cumberland Count.y
at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 3, Page 12, and, having thereon
erected a two story brick and frame dwelling known as No. 2900 Merion
Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

deed dated J'une 2, 1943, reoorded June 2, 1943, in the Reoorder of
Deeds Offioe of and for Cumberland County at Carlisle, Peru1sylvania,
in Deed Book Q, Volume 12 at Page 333 & c, granted and conveyed unto
Lee R. Snavely, now deceased.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to the covenants, restrictions and agreements set
forth in the deed from Elmer T. Schimmel and wife to Paul J. Binder
and Mary L. Binder, his wife, dated July 10, 1939, and recorded in
the Office aforesaid in Deed Book Z, Volume 11 at Page 528 & c.
AND
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Borough of Camp Hill,
County o,f Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more partioularly
bounded and desoribed as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the north side of Dickinson Avenue, which
point is looated westwardly three hundred ten (310) feet from the
northwest interseotion of Dickl.nson Avenue and Twenty-Fourth Street;
thence in a westwardly direction along the north side of Diokinson
Avenue, a distance of sixty-two and f'i ve-.tenth (62.5) feet to a
point; thenoe northwardly a distanoe of one hundred thirty-five (1,5)
feet to a point on the south side of a twenty (20) foot alley; thence
in an eastwardly direction and along the south side of said twenty
(20) foot alley, a distanoe of sixty-two and five-tenth (62.5) feet
to a point on the western line of property number 2420 Dickinson
Avenue; and, thence southwardly and along the western line of property
number 2420 Dickinson Avenue, aforesaid, a distance of one hundred
thirty-five (135) feet to a point on the north side of Dickl.nson
Avenue, the point and Place of BEGINNING.
BEING the eastern thirty-seven and five-tenth (37.5) feet of Lot No.
151 and the western twenty-five (25) feet of Lot No. 152 on Plan of
lots known as Chartier's as reoorded in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 2, Page 69, and having
thereon ereoted a one story briok and frame dwelling known as and
numbered 2424 Dickinson Avenue, Camp lUll, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which E. K. COleman, Sr. and Anna E. Coleman,
his wife, by their deed dated August 10, 1956, recorded Aug'Jst 10,
1956, in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County at
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book I, Volume 17 at Page 226 & c,
granted and conveyed unto Lee R. Snavely, now deceased.
