9. In mid-November of 1978, the alleged incompetent purchased
unknown nuantities of clothing, presents and items of undetermined
amounts, and then subsequently flew to Uruguay, South America,
by herse If .
10. The aforesaid trip was to visit a daughter, Ellen Liberles.
The cost of said trip and the
buying spree set forth in Paragraph 9 is estimated to have coat
$2,400.00.
11. Upon the alleged incompetent's return to Carlisle, efforts
were made to transfer the alleged incompetent's accounts into
joint accounts requiring the joint signature of the Petitioner
and the alleged incompetent.
