DORO'rHY JJ:LIZABl<:TH KINO
I. Dorothy Elizabeth King, of 20024 MyerB. Detroit,
Wayne County, Michigan, being of Bound mind and disposinp; memory,
for the purpose of makinp; disposHion upon my death, of my entire
eBtate, real, perBonal and mixed, and any estate which I may
have power to dispose of, wherever situate, whether owned and
possessed by me at the date of execution hereof or acquired by
me after such date, do hereby make, publish and declare thiB to
be my Last Will and Testament.
ARTICLl<: I
I hereby expressly revoke and c~ncel any and all other
wills, codicils and teBtamentary diBpositions heretofore at
any time made by me.
ARTICLE II
I direct that all my just debtB, including the
expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses and expenses of
administering my estate be paid by my Executor as Boon after my
deoease aB may be convenient.
AR'l'ICLE III
I direct that each and every bequest or devise
provided in this Will shall be paid to each of the Beveral
beneficiaries, legateeB and devisees free from any and all such
taxes that may be payable with respect to such bequests and
deviBes shall be paid by my Executor without contribution from
any of the several beneficiaries, legatees and devisees in the
same manner, and from the same funds, as the ordinary expenses
of administering my estate are to be paid.
ARTIOLE IV
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate;
real, personal or mixed, including lapsed legacies hereunder, I
give devise and bequeath to my husband, Lawrence Francis King, if
he survives me. If he predeceases me, then I give devise and
bequeath the said rest, residue and remainder to my daughter,
Mary Lou Alvadj. If she shall fail to survive me and leaves
issue then her issue shall take by right of representation.
If Mary Lou Alvadj shall fail to survive me and leaves no issue,
then surviving me, in such event, I give devise and bequeath the
said residue of my estate to those persons and in those proportions
the same as MiChigan real property in my estate would have descended
under the MiChigan Statutes of Descent and Distribution hart I died
intestate while seized of such property.
ARTICLE V
I hereby nominate and appoint as Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament, Theodore A. Lughezzan~ of Farmington,
Michigan, and I request that only nominal bond be required of
said Executor.
ARTICLE VI
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal or mixed, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever Bituate,
to which I may be entitled or which I may own, and any estate
which I may have the power to dhlpose of at my death and which
has not been heretofore disposed of 1n this Will I give, devise
and bequeath to my husband, Lawrence Francis King, absolutely,
for his 801e use and benefit.
