and understanding, do hereby make and publish my Last Will and
Testament" hereby revoking and making void all wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST: J direot my Exeoutrix, hereinafter named, to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses after my deoease.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
either real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
si tuate, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Mary ,Ellen
Brown, provided, however, should my said daughter predecease me,
then I give, devise and bequeath said rest, residue and remainder
of my estate to my granddaughter, Carol Lynne Coleman, absolutely.
'rHIRD: I name, constituhl and appoint my said daughter, Mary
Ellen Brown, to be the J<:xecutrix of this my Last Will and Testa~
ment, and, in the event that my said daughter should predecease me,
then I name, Donsti tute and appoint my granddaughter, Carol Lynne
Coleman, as my Executrix.
