I, Alexander Lott Walker, of' Carlisle, Pennsylvania, make
my will and revoke any wills or codicils to wills heretofore
by me.
1. I give my Smith and Wesson 38 calibre revolver no. 232-166
to my daughter, Martha Lee Eby.
2. I give my Savage shotgun and rifle combination to my son-in-
law, Gerald E. Eby.
3. I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my sstate
including my insurance business to my wife, Bernice A. Walker, if
she is living thirty (30) days after my deathj. otherwise I give,
devise and bequeath the same to my daughter, J'II8.rtha Lee Eby.
4. I appoint the Farmers Trust Company, guardian of any
property which passes, either under this will or otherwise, to a
minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a
guardian and have not otherwise specifically done 50. Such guardian
shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time
to time for the minor's support and education (including college
education, graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her
parent's ability to provide for such support and education, or,
to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility,
to the minor's parent, the minor, or to any person taking care of
the minor.
5. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense
of the ad.mi.nistration of my estate.
6. I appoint my wife, Bernice A. Walker, executrix to settle
my estate. If she fails to qualify or ceases to act as such, I
appoint my daughter, Martha Lee Eby, executrix to settle same. If
neither survives me, I appoint the Farmers Trust Company executor
to settle my estate. My executors shall serve without the necessity
of filing bond, and I request that the services of Marion R. Lower,
Attornoy at Law of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, be used in the settlement
of my estate.
