That the Petition of the CoMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK,
Guardian of Elizabeth W. Swartz, an Incompetent, resp~9tfully
represents:
1. That the Decedent, Lillian Swartz, who died on
September 12, 19 ~ 9, res:\,Ll.ed at 1 ~ 7 North Bedford Street, Oarlis Ie,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Your Petitioner, Commonwealth Nat:\onal Bank, One
North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, is the Guardian of
a sist~r of the decedent, Elizabeth W. Swartz, an Incompetent,
pursuant to Order of Court dated August 30, 1976, and entered to
No. 406 Orphans' 1976, in the Oourt of Oommon Pleas, Oumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as reference thereunto will more fully show.
3. The Decedent died ,intestate.
4. Under t;he Intestate Act of 19117 of the Oommonwealth of
Pennsylvania, governing intestate succession, all persons entitled
to share in the Decedent.' s Estate at the tj,me of her death are as
follows:
a. Elizabeth W. 8wartz, , sister, 1/5;
b. Albert Swartz, brothel', 1/5;
c. Florence A. ,T ac kson, sIst.er, 1/5;
d. George Swartz, bl'ot;her, 1/5;
e. NeJ.l R. . Bomgardner', s:tster, 1/5.
5. The said Bliflabeth \1. Swartz is the charr,e of your
PetItioner as set forth in Paragraph 2 of this Petition.

to wit: Howard E. Swartz.
7. The sal,d Howat'd E. Sw,u'j;z died on OJtober 26, 19'17,
and his Last Will and Testament was duly probated 1n the Offiae of
the Register of Wills in and for Oumberland County, Pennsylvania,
in Will Book 77, Page 700, whElrein and whereby he appointed his Bon.
Richard Swartz, of R. D. #3, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Exeoutor.
8. The said Florence A. Jackson died intestate on February
3, 1963,a ~esident of Gettysburg1 Adams County, Pennsylvania.
9. The said George Swartz died :Intestate on ,July 27, 1951
a resi~ent of Oarlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, leaving to
survive him two issue whose whereabouts are unknown, to wit: Mrs.
Howard H. W:llson and Mrs. Ebne:r F'. l<epler.
10. The said Nell R. Bomgardner died July 12, 1970, and
her Last Will and Testament was dUlY probated in the Offioe of the
Register of Wills in and for Cumberland Oounty, Pennsylvahia, in
Will Book 6q, page ql, wherein and Whereby she appointed as Exeoutrix
the aforesaid Elizabeth W. Swartz, oharge of your Petitioner.
11. None of the persons set forth in Paragraph 4 of this
Petition have reoeived or retained any property of the deoedent.
12. Due to the lapse of time since, the death of the decedent,
no person is entitled to claim a family exemption.
13. The property of the deoedent consisted of a dne-fourth
interest of the Estate of Margaret J. Swartz, deceased, in the
amount of $2,527.02.
lq. The only disbursement made from the Estate prior to
fil:lng this Petition was to Richard E. ~ndersDn, Register of Willa
in the amount of $3. oq for filing a Pennsylvania I11herl,tanoe Tax
