AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND RENUNCfATION

THIS AGREEMENT, made this ~~' day of -IVDvf~~~~, 1979, by and be-
tween BARRY SCHRIVER, Executor of the Estate of Sarah L, Wallis, deceased,
late of Eas t Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsyl vanj.a, herein-
after referred to as EXECUTOR, and ROLLAND B, WALLIS, of 420 North Edgewood
Avenue, LaGrange Park, IL 60525, hereinafter referred to as LEGATEE:
WHEREAS, the said Sarah L, Wallis died on January 1, 1979, haVing first
made her Last Will and Testament, duly registered for probate in the Office
of the Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on
February 20, 1979; and
WHEREAS, under Paragraph 2 of the Last Will and Testament the decedent
did bequeath to Rolland E, Wallis, Legatee, the specific bequest of two
victorian chairs, four cane-bottom chairs, one large round walnut table, one
oval walnut table, and other sundry family hierlooms belonging to decedent's
husband, being the father of Rolland B, Wallis; and
~jEREAS, it is the desire of the said Rolland B, Wallis, to renounce
said bequest and release unto the Estate of Sarah L, Wallis, his interest in
the aforesaid personal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties intending to be legally bound hereby, do hereby
agree and promise as follows:
1. Legatee hereby renounces his interest and rights in the aforesaid
stated personal property more particularly set forth under Paragraph 2 of
the Last Will and Testament of Sarah L, l~allis, deceased,
2, Legatee furth~r releases, quit-claims and discharges any interest in
and rights of possession to said property and any monetary compensation
therefor, and by the within described agreement, hereby transfers, sets over
and assigns any and all right, title and interest to the Executor, that said
Legatee may have, may have had, or shall have in the aforesaid specific
bequeath listed above,
3, Legatee hereby authorizes and empowers Executor to dispose of the
said property in any manner deemed appropriate by Executor, without limitation,
