proposed distribution thereon, having been confirmed by the Court on
October 9
, 1979, and distribution ordered:
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED, that in accordance with tre
said finol account and statement of proposed distribution as confirmed
by the Court, the distribution of the following real estate to Evelyn 1.
Foster and David D. Foster is hereby confirmed and the some is awarded
to Evelyn 1. Foster and David D. Foster, heirs and assigns:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Township Road T-441
at southwest corner of land now or formerly of kay E.
Neidigh, Jr. and Debra Neidigh and formerly port of the
Estate of Florence E. Foster south 01 degree 00 minutes 00
seconds west 929.52 feet to corner of land now or formerly
of Robert L. Bear; thence south 83 degrees 41 minutes 59
seconds west 87.96 feet to corner of lond now or formerly
of Ira C. Kramer; thence north 26 degrees 31 minutes 09
seconds west 496.42 degrees to a point at lond now or form-
erly of John W. Statler and Township Road T-44l; thence
north 81 degrees 43 minutes 53 seconds west 360.14 feet to 0
point at land now or formerly of Paul W. Mikesell; thence
north 26 degrees 37 minutes 07 seconds west 63.05 feet;
thence continuing along land of said Mikesell north 50 de-
grees 12 minutes 29 seconds east 287.19 feet to 0 point;
thence along land now or formerly of Ira Kromer north 61
degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds east 396 feet to a point in
said Township Road T-44l; thence continuing along center
line of said road north 84 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds east

Foster Estate according to a survey of Carl D. Bert of
February 2, 1978 and recorded in Plan Book 32, page 94 in
the office of Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Lot
No. 1 having been conveyed to Ray E. Neidigh, Jr. and Debra
Neidigh by deed dated March 6, 1978 by Evelyn I. Foster and
David D. Foster and recorded in Vol. 27, Deed Book "T", page
332. The said Florence E. Foster Died June 22, 1954 leaving
o will recorded in Will Book 49, Page 60 devising her estate
to her son David Daniel Fostor.
