TRACT NO.1: An undivided two-thirds interest in real
estate premises 1 Parsonage Street, Newville, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, is awarded to Janet E. P. Schintz
for the term of her life: and at her death an undivided
one-third interest in remainder to her children, Thomas
A. Schintz, Jr., and Ada Elizabeth Schintz, who are then
living, their heirs and assigns: and an undivided one-
third interest in remainder to Charles Waidley Smith,
John Jeffrey Smith and James Randolph Smith, who are then
living, their heirs and assigns.
Janet E. P. Schintz shall
not be required to give bond
as life tenant: shall not be
required to keep such property
insured: and shall not be
liable for any loss, damage or
destruction of said property.
She shall, however, pay all
costs of maintenance thereof.
TRACT NO.2: An undivided two-thirds interest in a farm
of 100 Acres, more or less, situate in North Newton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is awarded to
Janet E. P. Schintz for the term of her life: and at her
death the remainder to her children, Thomas A. Schintz,
Jr., and Ada Elizabeth Schintz, their heirs and assigns,
as equal tenants in common.
Janet E. P. Schintz shall pay
all costs of maintenance thereof,
including taxes, assessments,
insurance and ordinary repairs,
said property to be insured in a
reasonable amount insuring the
interest of the remaindermen as
well as herself.
