The rings bequeathed in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Will have been distributed
to the beneficiaries entitled and are not included in the distribution
shown above. The legacy of $1,000.00 to James A. Brown who is a minor, 11
years of age, is awarded to the mother of the minor as natural guardian to
be deposited in an insured savings account withdrawable only on Order of
Court until the minor attains 18 years of age. The residue is distributed
between the two named residuary legatees with deductions for items previous-
ly distributed to them in kind and the portion of the inheritance tax
attributable to jointly owned property received by them as surviving joint
tenant with the decedent and to tax-sheltered annunity purchased by the
decedent payable to them as beneficiaries.
