I, WALTER K. CHILES, a resident of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, mamory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this as and for ny Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments,
or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
, ITEH I - I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all
my just debts and expenses as soon as may be conveniently done after my
death.
. ITIDl 'II - I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, what-
ever the nature of such property may be, whether real, personal or
mixed and wheresoever situate, unto my son, JAMES B. CHILES.
, TTIDt TII - If my son, Jk~S B. CHILES, should predecease me
then and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate,
whatever tha nature of such property may be and wheresoever situate,
