I, RUTH O. MILLER, of East pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral ex-
penses as soon after my death as may be convenient to my Executrix
hereinafter named.
2. I direct said Executrix to sell my real estate for the
purpose of making distribution as hereinafter mentioned. /1y son,
CLETUS, is to have the right to purchase this property at the
value at which it is appraised for inheritance tax purposes.
3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give
in three equal shares to my children, CLETUS E. MILLER, PAUL L.
MILLER and DOROTHY SOBER. If CLETUS fails to survive me, his share
shall be equally divided between the remaining children. Should
either of the other children fail to survive, the share to which
such child should have been entitled, I give to the children of
such deceased child, except that in no event is the share of such
deceased to go to any step-grandchild.
4. Should any of my grandchildren take under the terms of
this will while minors, I appoint the DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY
of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to be the guardian of the estate of
such minor.
5. I name, constitute and appoint my daughter, DOROTHY O.
SOBER, to be Executrix of this, my Last I~ill and Testament. Should
my daughter, DOROTHY O. SOBER, fail to qualify or cease to act as

DECREE A~ING REAL ESTATE
October /6 . 1979, the First and Final Account of
Dorothy O. Sober, Executrix of the Will of the above named deceden
together with statement of proposed distribution having been con-
firmed, it appearing to the Court that the balance for distributio
consists of real estate in kind and cash, and that said real estat
has been purchased by Cletus E. 11iller in accordance with the op-
tion contained in said Will, there is hereby awarded to Cletus E.
Miller:
ALL those two lots of land situate in East Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
No.1. Beginning at a point in the northerly line of
Columbia Road at the distance of three hundred and thirty-
seven feet and nine hundred and twenty-seven one-thousandths
of a foot measured westwardly along said line of road from
the southwesterly extremity of the arc or curve connecting
the westerly line of Beaver Avenue with the northerly line
of the said Columbia Road and extending thence along the
northerly line of said Columbia Road south seventy-five
degrees three minutes thirty second west fifty feet to a
point1 thence north fourteen degrees fifty-six minutes
thirty seconds west one hundred and fifty feet and two
hundred and eighteen one-thousandths of a foot to a point,
thence north, seventy-five degrees seven minutes east fifty
feet to a point and thence south, fourteen degrees fifty-
six minutes thirty second east one hundred and fifty feet
and one hundred and sixty-seven one-thousandths of a foot
to the place of beginning.
Having thereon erected a dwelling house known and
numbered as 131 Columbia Road, Enola, Pennsylvania.
No.2. Beginning in the southerly line of Shady Lane
at the distance of three hundred forty-four feet and five
hundred thirty-four thousandths of a foot measured west-
wardly along said line of Lane from the northwesterly
extremity of the arc or curve having a radius of ten feet
connecting the said line of Shady Lane with the westerly
line of Beaver Avenue1 extending thence south fourteen
degrees fifty-six minutes thirty seconds east one hundred
thirty-six feet1 thence south seventy-five degrees seven
minutes west fifty feet1 thence north fourteen degrees
fifty-six minutes thirty seconds west one hundred thirty-
six feet to the said southerly line of Shady Lane, and
thence along the same north seventy-five degrees seven
minutes east fifty feet to the place of beginning.
