BEING the remaining undivided one-half interest of the
property which was conveyed to John K. Sheeley and Helen R.
Sheeley, his wife, by H. Elmer Sheaffer, widower, and
Mervin L. Line and Annie E. Line, his wife, by deed dated
January 9, 1931, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book "C", Vol. 11,
Page 403. John K. Sheeley died on September 1, 1963, thus
vesting title in Helen R. Sheeley, as surviving tenant by
the entirety.
Helen R. Sheeley previously conveyed an undivided
one-half interest in the above described real estate to
Genevieve S. Diehl, also known as Genevieve A. Diehl, by
deed dated March 17, 1979, and recorded in the Office afore-
said in Deed Book "G", Vol. 22, Page 847.
BY THIS Decree Awarding Real Estate, full title in fee
simple to the said real estate is vested in Genevieve A.
