lAST HILL AND TESTAMENT
/ J, GEORGE J. ALEXIS, of Carlifllc, Cumherlaml County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this as and for my las t wi 11 and testament, hereby revoking
and making void all willR by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. 1 hereby direct my personal representative(R) herein-
after named to pay all my just debts and fUlleral expenses as soon
after my decease as may be found convenient to do so.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real and
personal, to my wife, Sophie Alexis.
THIRD. In the event my said wife predeceasesrrc, then I
give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real and personal, to my
children in equal shares or their issue.
FOURTH. If any distributee hereunder is not 21 years of age,
then the Farmers Trust Company shall be Guardian and/or Trustee of
such distributee until age 21.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, Sophie
Alexis, Executrix, if living, otherwise my two children, Dean G.
Alexis and Joanne P. Alexis, Executors, or the survivor, Executor
or Executrix, of this my last will and testament.
