ITEM VII. All estate, inheritance, succession of
transfer taKes, including any interest and penalties thereon,
imposed by any domestic or foreign law with respect to all
property taKable under such law by reason of my doath,
whether or not such property passos under this Will, by
operation of law, by contract or otherwise, shall be paid
from my estate as part of the eKpense and administration
thereof, without any right of reimbursement from any recipient
of property, without apportionment, and without postponement.
ITEM VIII. In addition to powers granted hy law,
my Executor shall have the following powers:
a. To sell at public or private sale, to eX-
change, to lease, for any period of time, to pledge, to
mortgage, to transfer, to convert or otherwise dispose of,
or grant options \~ith respect to any and all property, real
or personal, at any time forming a part of my probate estate,
in such manner, at such time or times, for such purposes,
for such price or prices, and upon such terms, credits and
conditions as shall be deemed necessary or advisahle under
the circumstances.
b. To compromise any claim or controversy.
ITEM IX. I nominate and appoint Peggy A. Grosshans,
as the sole Executrix of this my last Will. Should she fail
to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I nominate and
appoint paul H. Ehrenberg Executor of this my last Will.
Should he fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor, I
nominate and appoint the commonwealth National Bank, having
an office at 10 south Market Square, Harrisburg, pennsylvania,
as the sole Executor of this my last Will. My Executor or
