DECREE OF COURT
AND NOW, this 9th day of October,A. D. 1979, at
er.' ~5" o'clock, A. M., upon presentation of the Petition
of ANNA M. DAVIDSON, Executrix of the Estate of PEARL M. MI-
NER, deceased, it is hereby ordered and decreed that the
following-described real estate be, and it is, hereby award-
ed to Anna M. Davidson:
ALL TIIAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate
in the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and
State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNInG at a point at the easterly side of Sport-
ing Hill Road, which point is one hundred forty (140)
feet southwardly from the southeasterly corner of the
intersection of Sporting lIill Road and Del-Brook Road,
and which point is also at the dividing line between
Lots Numbers 9 and 10, Block "B" on the hereinafter men-
tioned Plan of Lots; thence along the last said divid-
ing line, at right angles to Sporting Hill Road, east-
wardly, one hundred twenty (120) feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lots Numbers 9 and 15, Block "B";
thence along the last said dividing line, southwardly,
sixty (60) feet to a point at the dividing line between
Lots Numbers 8 and 9, Block "B"; thence along the last
said dividing line, westwardly, one hundred twenty (120)
feet to a point at the easterly side of Sporting Hill
Road; and thence along the easterly side of said Sport-
ing lIill Road, northwardly, sixty (60) feet to a
point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot Number 9, Block "B" on Plan Number 1
of Del-Brook Manor, which Plan is recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deed's Office in Plan
Book 6, Page 42.
HAVING TIIEREON erected a dlo1elling house numbered
335 Sporting lIill Road.
BEING the same premises which Herman D. Rogge and
Carolyn J. Rogge, his wife, by their Deed dated Sep-
