LAST WILL
I, CHARLES KOLLAS, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsyl-
vania, declare this to be my Last Will nnd revoke any wills
previously mnde by me.
I. I devise and bequeath nll of the reeidue of my estate of
whatever nature or wherever situated to my wife, Mary Kollas, if
she survives me by sixty (60) days.
II. In the event my wife, Mary Kallas, does not survive me,
I devise and bequeath said residue to my daughter, Clara Calliope
Kollas Kanganis.
III. I appoint my wife, Mary Kallas, to be executrix of this
my Last Will. In the event my wife, Nary Kollns, fails to qualify
or ceases to act, then I appoint my daughter, Clara Calliope Kollas
Kanganis to be executrix.
IV. I direct that my executor need not file for bond in this
or any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
this my Last Will this 6th day of December, 1978.

to the attached or foregoing instrument, being first duly sworn, do
hereby declare to the undersigned authority that the testator signed
and executed the instrument as his Last Will and that he had signed
willinglY, and that he executed it as his free and voluntary act for
the purposes therein expressed, and that each of the witnesses,
in the presence and hearing of the testator, signed the will as
witness and that to the best of his knowledge the testator was
at that time eighteen years of age or older, of sound mind and
