I'~ S 1980, the Account of
Robert A, Schlosser, Jr., Executor of the Will of the above
decedent and Statement of Proposed Distribution having been
confirmed by the Court March 4, 1980 , said Statement of Proposed
Distribution awardinq, in kind, the real estate hereinafter
desnr.ibed,
It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that there is hereby
warded to Robert L. Schlosser, Jr., erroneously named in said Will
nd Account as Robert A, Schlosser, Jr.:
All that certain lot of land situate in
Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland
and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows:
BEr.INNING in the western line of Altoona
Avenue one hundred fifty-five (155) feet measured
northwardly along said line from the northeasterly
extremity of the arc or curve with a radius of
ten (10) feet connecting the northerly line of
Cumberland Road with the western line of Altoona
Avenue, and extending thence along the western line
of Altoona Avenue north ten (10) degrees twenty (20)
minutes west fifty (50) feet; thence south seventy-
nine (79) degrees forty (40)minutes west, the line
passing through the middle of the partition wall
between the house on this lot and the house on the
adjoining lot, one hundred twenty-five (125) feet;
thence south ten (10) degrees twenty (20) minutes
east fifty (50) feet; thence north seventy-nine (79)
degrees forty (40) minutes east one hundred twenty-
five (125) feet to the place of BEGINNING,
!lAVING thereon erected a two story frame dwelling
known as 15 Altoona Avenue, Enola, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, Orphans'
Court Division, by decree dated July 11, 1978, recorded
in Deed Book 27-X, Page 431, Cumberland County Records,
awarded to Coris C~raldine Schlosser,
