I, FANNIE B. BEISLER, residing at 198-36 Pompeii
Avenue, Holliswood, County of Queens and state of New York,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament.
FIRST: I hereby revoke any and all former Wills
and codicilS heretofore executed by me.
SECOND: I direct my Executor hereinafter named
to pay all my funeral expenses and just debts as soon after
my demise as he may deem practicable.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, of whatsoever the same may consist, both real and
personal, I give, devise and bequeath to my son, ALAN H.
BEISLER, absolutely and in fee simple.
FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my son, ALAN H. BEISLER, Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament, and ask that he serve as such without bond or
security, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
FIFTH: In the event that my aforesaid son shall
predecease me or die simultaneously with my demise, then I
give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatsoever the
same may consist, to my daughter, DIANE SHENTON, and in that
event I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my aforesaid
daughter Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and ask
that she serve as such without bond or security, any law to
the contrary notwithstanding.
