To ROSEMARY M. CHUBB, also known as Lieselotte M. Schall,
decedent's undivided one-half interest in real estate
situated in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, conveyed by deed dated July 2, 1979, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book P-28,
Page l24. $ll.l20.00
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we,
the undersigned, ROSEMARY SCHALL, MARA SHALL, MARTIN W. SCHALL and
JOHNNY J. SCHALL, being the sole and only heirs at law of Wilbur I.
Schall, who died intestate on February 23, 1979, do hereby certify
that we have examined the foregoing Account of ROSEMARY SCHALL,
Administratrix of the Estate, and find the same to be correct, and
we do hereby waive our right to have the same filed in the Orphans'
Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and our right to file exceptions thereto 1
AND WE and each of us do jointly and severally hereby waive
our right to be reimbursed for the sum of $6,963.40 which we
contributed to the estate on or about June 27, 1979, which sum
was contributed by us for payment of the decedent's share of the
mortgage balance to Cumberland Valley Savings & Loan Association,
and the outstanding debt due Commercial Credit Corporation 1
AND WE and each of us do hereby assign all our interest,
