LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
KATHERINE M. BURGANSTOCK
I, KATHERINE M. BURGANSTOCK, of 3908 Trindle Road, Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make this my
Last Will and Testament, revoking any former Wills and Codicils
made by me.
FIRST: Should my daughter, Louise K. Burganstock, survive
me, I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real, personal
and mixed, after payment of my debts and funeral expenses, to
National Central Bank, 222 Market Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, and Heath L. Allen, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to hold, manage,
invest and reinvest, for the following purposes:
(a) To pay the net income, at least quarterly, to my
daughter, Louise K. Burganstock:
(b) To expend principal for the support of my daughter,
Louise K. Burganstock, including medical care:
(c) Upon the death of my daughter, Louise K. Burganstock,
to make distribution as set forth in Item SECOND.
SECOND: In the event that my daughter, Louise K. Burganstock,
does not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate,
real, personal and mixed, as follows:
(a) To my nephew, Edgar J. Myers, Jr., 1721 Derry Street,
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00),

free and clear of any death, inheritance or estate taxes:
(b) To my sister-in-law, Emma M. Burganstock, 2324
Market Street, Harrisburg, pennsylvania, one-half (1/2) of the
remainder:
(0) To my niece, Mrs. Anna Carnohan, 2324 Market Street,
Harrisburg, pennsylvania, one-half (1/2) of the remainder.
Should either Emma M. Burganstock or Mrs. Anna Carnohan fail
to survive me and my daughter, Louise K. Burganstock, the survivor's
share shall be doubled.
THIRD: I name National central Bank and Heath L. Allen as my
Co-Executors and direct that they serve without bond in any juris-
diction in which they may be called upon to act. Should Heath L.
Allen be unable or unwilling to serve, National Central Bank shall
serve alone.
FOURTH: I give to my Executors and Trustees,-hereinafter
referred to in the singular neuter gender, the following powers
during the administration and until the completion of the distri-
bution of my estate, and until the termination of all trusts created
hereunder, in addition to, and not in limitation of, any authority
given it by law:
(a) To retain any property of any kind of which I may
die possessed:
(b) To invest or reinvest in such stocks. boncsor other
property, either real or personal, as it, in its sole discretion,
may deem wise, without being limited to what are known as "legal
investments": and to deposit and maintain, in its sole discretion,

funds in such amounts as it deems proper in banks of its choice:
(c) TO exercise any options to subscribe for stocks,
bonds or other investments: and to join in any plan of lease,
mortgage, consolidation, exchange, reorganization or foreclosure,
of any corporation in which my estate and trusts may hold stocks,
bonds or other securities:
(d) To sell, transfer, convey, mortgage, pledge, lease
or exchange any property, real or personal, which at any time may
form part of my estate, for the payment of debts or taxes, or for
any purpose of administration or distribution, at either public or
private sale, for such prices and upon such terms as it, in its
sole discretion may deem wise, and to execute and deliver deeds of
conveyance or transfer thereof, without any liability on the part
of the purchaser or purchasers, or anyone else dealing with it
with respect to my said property, to see to the proper application
of the purchase money or proceeds:
(e) To renew notes or debts of mine, and to borrow
sums of money, giving such security therefor as it, in its sole
discretion, may deem to be for the best interests of my said
estate and trusts:
(f) To make settlements and compromises on such terms
as it, in its sole discretion, may deem wise, without the neces-
sity of obtaining any court approval thereof:
(g) TO make distribution hereunder either in cash or
in kind, as it, in its absolute discretion, deems wise.
