mind, memory and undersvanding, do make, pubHshand deolare thia
my last Will and Testament.

I direot the Payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my deoease as the same oan be oonvenient1y done.
2.
:r give, devise and bequeavh all the rest, residue and remainder
,of my estate, real, personal and mixed and wheresoever situate, to my
wife, Viola E. Wheeler, absolutely and unoonditionally.

, In the event that my said wife should predeoease me, or should,
,she die at about the same time as I do, l3uoh as in an aooident
OOmmon to both of us, then in suoh event, I give and bequeathal!

estate of my son, Rinold L. Wheeler, for and during the term of his
minority, and direot that she be permitted to serve in suoh oapaoity
without the neoessity or requirement of posting bond or other seourity
normally required of personal fiduoiaries.
