to approvsl of said court, do hereby forever release, acquit,
discharge and covenant to hold harmless Michael Jordan, his
heir,s, successors, assigns and insurance carrier, Farmers'
[nsurance Group, of and from any and all actions, c~uses of
action, claims, demands, damages. costs, loss of services,
expenses and compensatIon, on account of, or, in any way growing
out of, any ,and all known and unknown personal injtiries,death,
and Property damage which I and the heirs of Robert A. Klinger,

is the compromise of a doubtful and disputed claim,ind that
this payment is not to be construed aB an admIBsion of liabIlity
on the part of Michael Jordan or his representatives by whom
