is un~ble ~o properly manage her property.
13.. That the proposed Guardian is the. Farmers Trust
Company, a Pennsylvania banking corp'oration with its. principal
pla~e of business at High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The
proposed Guardian has no adverse interest to the Alleged Incompe-
tent. 'l'he consent of the proposed Guardian. is attaohed hereto,
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A.
14. Attached hereto as Exhibit Band inoorporated
herein by reference is the affidavit of R. B. Gustavson, M.D.,
the Alleged Inbompetent's attending physioian, setting forth
said physician's professional opinion as to the incom~etency of the
Alleged Incompetent and further stating that the attendanoe
of the Alleged Incompetent at any hearing to adj~dicate her
. incompetency would serve n.o purpose.
15. Until on or about Decembe.r 15,.,1978, Farmers TrUst
Company served as attorney-in-fact for the Alleged Incompetent
but was forced to resign ~s her attorney-in-fact because Farmers
Trust Company had. expended all of the asset,s, income and principal
to whioh it had access and further because the Alleged Incompetent
refused to allow her attorney-in-fact access to the passbooks
pertaining to the bank accounts listed in Paragraph 6 without which
her attorney-in-fact could not aot further in her behalf~
li. The Alleged Incompetent in discussions with employees
and agents of the Petitioner has refused to give up possession of
the alleged passbooks and has refused to pay any of the amounts
owed to Rite Aid corporation.and your Petitioner for her oa~eand
maintenance and 'has further refused to pay the indebtedness s~t
