revoking any will previously made ,by me,
I - I direot the paYment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses from my estate as soon as praotical after my
death.
II ~ I devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever
nature and wheresoeVE1r situate Unto my children, David T. Berner
r"w of Condon, Montana, and Chrenoe T. Berner now of Camp Hill,
PennsYlvania, i~ equal shares. Should the said Cla~enoe'T.
Ber,ner predecease me, his share shall be paid to his spouse,
Phoebe Berner, Should both Claren,oe T, Berner an~, Phoebe Berner
predeoease me, his share shall be paid to his ~ssue per stirpes.
Should the said David T. Berner predeoease me, his share shail
be paid to his issue per stirpes.
III - All taxes that maybe assessed in oonsequenoe of
lllY death o.f whatever, natllre and by \~hatever jurisdiction imposed
ahall be 'oonsider,ed a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate, and my personal representative or representatives
shall have the absolute power in his discretion to pay the same
