The saving$ accounts listed as Items 4 and 5 were the
sole and saparate property of Ada R. RaudAbaugh, the decedent's
dster., The source of the funds ,for these aooounts WAa the
sale by the said Ada R. Raudab~ugh of sharea, of Delaware Fund
belonging aolely to hlilr, in the amount of $lq,9GO.27 (see
attaohed letter), and a withdrawal from a Savings 'Aocount'
sol'sly of Ada R. Raudabaugh (aea attaohedcopy of page from
Savings Acoount book), in suffioient amount to oonstitut.e a
total of $13,000.00, the initial amount of the two aforeaaid
acoounts. At the time these two accounts were establinhed,
th,e eYesight of Ada R. Raudabaugh was poor and the prognos!a
therefor was worse (see oopy of letters ,1!rom doators). Miss
Raudaba,ugh, a maiden lady throughout her life, who had
arrived at advanced tlgewith a severe medioal disability,
was advised by savings bank personnel to open the aocounts
with' her brother's, (thedeoedent f s) nllme added 'thereto,
merely as a matter of convenienoe and so that her business
could be attended to by .another responsible person (the deo'edent:)
,if she could not attend to it herself, and particularly so
because of her poor eyesight.. There WU, no other person who
was available to act on her behalf. The oondition of her
