my property, l'eal, personal and mixed, not dispolled of in the preceding portions
of thill Will, to DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY, Harrisburg, Penn$ylvania,
as TrUlltee, and all powers of appointment which may be vellted in me at the time
of my death I hereby exercille in favor of the said Trustee, IN TRUST NEVER-
THELESS, for.the following uses and purposes:
(a) My T'rustee shall have, hold, manage, invest and rein-
ye.t the sarne, collect the income and pay over the net income in
quarterly installmettts to my wife, ADA GRAYBILL ROTH, during
her lifetime. My Trustee may disburse to or for the benefit of my
said wife so much of the principal of this Trust; as my said Trustee,
in its sole discretion, shall deem necessary and/or advisable to
supplement all her income to maintain my said wife in a proper.
station in life, to include maintenance, support, medical, hoapital,
nursing and nursing home care,
(b) Upon the death of my said wife, or upon my death, if
my wife predeceasea me, the Trustee shall pay to my daughter,
KATHRYN E, BRECKLEY, of Absecon, New Jersey, the aum of
