I, JANET R. BARNITZ, of Baltimore County, Maryland, make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my death as will be convenient to my Execu'tors
hereinafter named.
2. I direct that my Executors distribute certain items of
my personal property ill accordance with the memorandum which I have
attached to this will.
3. It is my understanding that my friend, Dorothy R.
Gustafson will acquire sole title to the property which we own as
joint tenants located at 11 Parliament Court, Baltimore County,
Maryland. Should this not be the case, then I give and devise all
my right, title and J.nterest in and to that property to Dorot,hy R.
Gustafson.
4. Located in my house at 11 Parliament Court, Baltimore,
Maryland, are certain items of household furniture belonging to me
including one cherry and maple bureau, a pair of Windsor chairs, and
three walnut cane seated chairs. I give that furniture to my mother,
Margaret G. R. Barnitz, for the term of her natural life'and upon
her death, that furniture shall become the property of my sister,
Barbara G. B. Lillich, absolutely.
5. I am indebted to Provident Savings Bank of Baltimore,
Maryland by virtue of a mortgage on t.he property at 11 Parliament
Court, Baltimore, Maryland, and I direct my Executors hereinafter
named to make payment of one-half of the indebtedness represented
by that mortgage at the date of my death as the other one-half is the
obligation of my friend, Dorothy R. Gustafson.
6. I give the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars to
The First Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Borough of Carlisle and
its vicinity, to bo placed in tho Memor ial True t Fund of tho Church

with the Farmers Trust Company of Car.1isle, Pennsylvania, in memory
of my father, William B. Barnitz, which principal sum is not to be
withdrawn, but the interest thereon i~ to be paid to the Church in
accordanoe with the terms of that trust.
7. I give and bequeath to David O. Lillich, Jr., the sum of
Ten Thousand ($lO,OOO.()O) Dollars.
8. I give and bequesth to my nephew, Davida. I,illich, III,
the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars.
9. I give and bequeath to Miss Bertile Queneau of Baltimore,
Maryland, the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars.
10. I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay the
hereinbefore mentioned bequests as soon after my death as possible.
The gift to any legatee hereinbefore mentioned who fails to survive
me shall lapse and become a part of my residuary estate. All
inheritance or estate taxes on those bequests shall be paid from my
residuary estate. Any and all pledges which I have made to any
charitable organization, whether legally binding or not, I direct
to be paid as a bequest to such organization out of my estate.
11. I give and devise my farm in Dickinson Township, Cuml1erlan
County, Pennsylvania, together with the contents of the buildings
thereon to my mother, Margaret G. R. Barnitz, for the term of her
natural life. Upon the death of my mother, the farm and all
tangible personal property being the contents of the farm buildings
shall then beoome the property of my sister, Barbara G. B. Lillich,
absolutely.
Should my mother fail to survive me, then I give, devise and
bequeath said farm and tangible personal property beilig the contents
of the farm buildings to my sister; Barbara G. B. Lillioh,
absolutely.
12. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give,
devise and bequeath to my nophew, David O. Lillich, III. Should the
residue exceed the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars, then
I dil'ect that the residue be held by Farmors 'rrust C;"""pany of
CarliSle, Pennsylvania, in trust, to invest, reinvest and pay the
income to David O. Lillich, III until he attains the age of thirty
