CountYr Pennsylvania, is the benefid,Cll"y under a trust agreement
ent~red into between Sara D. C. Uiestandr deceased, and Carlisle
Deposit Bank & Trust C()mpan~r, now Commonwealth National Bank,
dated 24 March 1926, a copy of; which is attached hereto and made
a par~horeof; as Bxhibit 1\.
2. '1'ho bal.ance in said account at the ellq of the accounting
yq~r was $1,117.95. See Exhibit B attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
3. The Second t'rosbyted:an Church of carlisle, Cumberland
po~nty, Pennsylvaniar ls the beneficiary of various bequests whioh
were incorporat.ed under an agreement betwoen The Second Presbyterian
Church and Dauphin Deposit Bank & Trust companYr 'dated October 27.
1958. Said fund is known as Dauphin Deposit Trust No. 1649. II

4. The Second Presbyterian Church is the beneficiary of

4. Tho trust fund is to be invosted by Dauphin Deposit Trust
Company from time to time in such investments ae may now be or hereafter
be designated as legal investments for trust funds in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
5. That from the income derived from the investment of the
trust fund, the tru,stco shall pay any oxponsos incident to the management of
said funds and shall pay to itself a commis sion thereon of five per cent (50/0),
6, That said trustee shall pay to the Second Presbyterian Sunday
School, 6.4"/0 of the net intorest dol'ivcd from the trust fund. If, hereafter,
the, trust fund shall be added to 01' decreased by withdrawals, then the percent
age to be paid to the Second Pl'esbyterlan Sunday School a hall be changed ao
that it shall be the percontage which One Thousand ($1, 000,00) Dollars bears

7. The balance of the incomo from the truat fund ahall be paid by
the trustee to The Second Preabyterlan Church, and the trustee shall be under

8. The church may hereaftor from time to time withdraw any or
all of said trust, except the Bum of One 'l'houmnd ($1, ODD, 00) Dollara which
may be withdrawn by the officers of the Sunday School. The ChUl'ch wUl give
to the trustee sixty (60) days notice of any withdraw.

1. Ada Ahl Fund
This fund was do rived from a codicil in the Will of Ada Ahl who
died June 17, 192.9 and whoso Will is I'ecorded in Will Dook 35, Page 2.43,
The codicil gave $2.,000, 00 to tho Second Prosbytori'ln Church out right and
$1,000,00 to tho Second Prosbytorlan linbbath School of Cl\rHsle. On October
15, 192.9, tho trustoes of the church deposited with tho trustees $2.,678.03 as
the Ada Ahl Fund, Whero the $32.1.97 went nobody now knows. The fund was
further deplet.ed during the depresl1ion and is $2.,62.4,39 Iia of October 2.7, 195
II. J. Warren Harper Fund
J. Warren Harpl,r is beHovod to have devised $1,000,00 t.o the
Truatees of the Sncond Proabytorinn Church to be known as the "J. Warren
Harper bequest in memory of Emma Warren Harper and Thomas A, Harper".
Oft January 5, 1931, t.he church trusteos placed $1,000,00 with ihe trustee
ancl the fund during the depression shrank, tho present balance now being
1,g:~:72., As J. Warren Harper clid not die in Cumberland County there is
nothing further known as to this trust fund on October 27, 1958.

Nellie C, Cornman Fund
N<JlHe C. Cornmlln died July 27, 1958 and provided in her Will
recorded in Will Book 51, PafJo 32.1: "I givo and bequeath unto the Trustees of
