I, LILLIAN N. nERNliEIBEL, of the Borough of Camp Hill, county
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, db make, publish and de-
clare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any
and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direot that my funeral and burial shall be conduoted
by Charles L. Myers, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and that my body
be interred in my burial plot, Lot 50 Terrace Lawn in Paxtang
Cemetery.
2. I give and bequeath to Rosemary Collenbine, of R. D. #2
Meohanicsburg, Pennsylvania, my clothing and personal effects,
intended for my personal use and adornment, not inoluding, how-
ever, jewelry.
3. I give and bequeath to Anne F. Bausman, of Harrisburg,
PennsylV/l.nia, my black marble alock which formerly belonged to her
grandfather, J. W. B. Bausman.
4. J. direot that the residue and remainder of my ptoperty
and estate shall be converted into oash .by my Executor hereinafter
named.at publio or private sale as he shall deem to be in the best
interest of my estate, and I dispose of the proceeds thereof, after
the payment of my debts, inheritance taxes and administration oosts,
as followSI
A. I give and bequeath one-fourth thereof to Rosemary
Collenbine, R. D. #2, Mechaniosburg, Pennsylvania.
B. I give and bequeath three-eights thereof to the "
Humane Society of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The patition of Robert IJ. Myer.s, Jr. respectfully r.epresents I,
1. Your Petitioner is the Executor of the Will of Lillian N.
Bernheisel, the above named d~cedent, who died July 6, 1979, having
previouslY made her Last Will and Testament dated June B, 1979,
sinca her death duly probated and filed in the Office of the Regist-
er of Wills of Cumberland County, PennsylVania, July 11, 1979, and
Letters Testamentary thereon were issued to your petitioner.
2. Your petitioner filed his First and Final Account and
Statement of Proposed Distribution as Executor of the Will of said
decedent in the Register of Wills Office July 25, 19BO, and said
Account and Statement of proposed Distribution were confirmed by
Your Honorable Court August 26, 19BO.
3. The balance for distribution as shown by said Account has
been distributed and paid to the parties entitled thereto in accord-
ance with the Statement of proposed Distributionl in addition to said
balance for distribution your petitioner received items due the
estate of the decedent after the stating of the Account and Statement
of Proposed Distribution in the amount of $347.92 from which he de-
ducted and paid fldditional Income Tax in the amount of $45.15 and
distributed and paid to the parties entitled thereto the balance of
$302.77. A statement of such receipts, disbursement and distribu-
tions is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
4. The distributees of the funds of the Estate gave to your
Petitioner receipts and releases for their distributive shares in
the Estate and agreements to the disoharge of your Petitioner as
Executor of the Estate, copies of which are hereto attached as
Exhibits B, C and D.
