AGREEMENT AND RELEASE
KNOW A. L MEN BY THESE PRESENT I
WHEREAS, Robert Eugene Devine died on June 19, 1979, and
WHEREAS, On July 12, 1979 Letters of Administration were
granted unto his natural father, Donald E. Devine, said Letters
of Administration are attached hereto and marked as Exhib:l.t "A" i
and
WHEREAS, the decedent died intestate leaving as his heirs
Donald Eugene Devine of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and Fay
Louise Cramer of Carlisle, Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, on January 25, 1980 a proposed inventory was
filed on behalf of the estate of the deceased; and
WHEREAS, a Scheduled of proposed Distribution is attached
hereto and marked as Exhibit "B"; and
WHEllliAS, a Schedule of the assets of the estate has been
prepared, a copy of which :I.S attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "C"; and
WHEREFORE, the undersigned heirs now desire that a formal
accounting and proposed distribution by the Court not be required
and that the net estate of the decedent be distributed without
Court approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned intending to be legally
bound, mutually agree as follows:

1. The undersigned hereto agree and acknowledge that they
have fully and carefully examined the list of assets and list
of liabilities prepared by the Administrator of the Estate,
Donald Eugene Devi.nc, and found it to be true and correct and
acceptable to the undersigned hereto, and further that the under-
signed have received a copy of this Agr.eement and Schedule of
Distribution.
2. The undersigned do hereby release all real estate of the
account from any and all liens, claims, actions, suits, payments,
accounts and demands whatsoever both at law or in equity for or
by reason thereof, or any other account, matter, cause or thing
whatsoever.
3. This instrument is a full and final settlement agreement
by the undersigned hereto, all of the same having been arrived
at, concluded and executed after a full and complete disclosure
of the assets of the said Estate and the rights of the under-
signed therein and thereto and the undersigned hereto, and the
undersigned agree to abide by the terms hereof.
4. This Release constitutes ths entire understanding of
the undersigned hereto and the undersigned acknowledge that
no representations or statements of any kind, written or oral,
have been made to them prior hereto by the Administrator or by an
other person or party upon their behalf.
