I, WILBUR G, BOYER, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumperland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, do hereby make, publish and decl~re this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills or
Codicils by me made,

I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentsry
expenses, and all inheritance taxes shall be paid from my
residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease and
as part of the administration of my estate.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real
and personal property, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife,
LILLIAN E, BOYER, absolutely, and I appoint my said wife as
Executrix of my estate,
3,
In the event my said wife shall predecease or fail to
survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal
property, in equal shares unto my children, ROBERT G. BOYER,
WILBUR G, BOYER, JR" LUCY ANN GOUSE, FRANK L. BOYER, JOSEPH M.
BOYER, CONNIE JEAN YOCUM and BARBARA B. BOYER, absolutely,
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint BARBARA B, BOYER
and CONNIE JEAN YOCUM as Executrices of my estate under the
provisions of this third paragraph of my Last Will and Testament.
