Item 6 sets 'forth deoedent's share of oommissions payable on
aooount of the Giant Food Store lease of property at 3025 Market Street,
Camp Hill, pennsyl.vania. I\tthe time of his death the decedent was
entitled to reoeive $875.00 annual.ly for the period from June 30,
1979 to June 30, 1987. '1'11',3 oommissions are paid to Robert F. Carroll,
of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, the principal bl"oker, who remits to the
deoedent or his estate his share of the oommissions.
Item 7 oovers deoedents share of oommissions payable on aocount of
leases of spaoe in carlisle M. J. Mal.l.. The commissions are paid to
Robert, F. C~rroll, the principal broker. The oommissions are 6% of
rentals paid and are paid quarterly April 1, July 1, October [ and
January 1.
The present worth of ' the oommissiotts payable after decedents death
have been calulated in accordance with the Memorandum of the Department
of Revenue pursuant to provisions bf I\rticle V of the Pennsylvania
Inheritanc~ and Estates Tax Act of 1961.
Th~ executrix has disoounted the present worth of the con~issions
set forth in Item 6 twenty-five (25) peDent to protect the estate from
over payment of tax that woul.d resul.t if th. lease were to be ter-
minated before the end of the term of the lease beoause of casualties
or insolvenoy or default of the tenant. The experience over the past
severalyeara in the chain food store business in the Cumberland County
area justifies such disoount. Two chain food,~tores on the west shore -
