ARTICLE IV
,
I nominate an~ appoint CCNB BANK, NA, of New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania, guardian of any property whioh passes either under
this Will or otherwise to a minor, and with resp~ot to whioh I am
authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise speoifi-
oally done so. Provided that this appointment of a guardian
shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its disoretion
to distribute a share where possible to a minor or to another for
the minpr's benefit. Such guardian shall have the power.to use
pt:incipal as well ~s income, from time to time, for the minor's
support and eduoation (including trade school and undergraduate
and graduate oollege education) without regard to his or her
parents' ability to provide for such support and education, or to
make payment for those purposes, without further responsibility
to the minor, to the minor's parent or to any person taking care
of the minor.
ARTICLE V
I dir~ct that'a~l taxes that may be assessed in consequenoe
of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction
imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.

death, reeignation or inability to serve as Executor of said

as a result of his Decedent's designation of her daughter as benefi-
oiary of a oertain life insuranoe polioy as evidenoed by Rxhibit "A",
attaohed hereto and inoorporated by referenoe herein.
6. That, Thirteen Thousand ($13,000.00) Dollars is payable to
the daughter of Petitioner's Decedent by SAFE CO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
as a result of his Decedent's designation of her daughter as benefi-
ciary of a oertain life insurance policy as evidenced by Exhibit "0",
attaohed hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
7. That, at the time of the death of Petitioner's Decedent, her
daughter had an interest in certain joint bank accounts as evidenced
by Exhibi t "C", attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
8. That, Petitioner believes, and therefore avers, that his
Decedent's probate estate will be inSOlvent, the expenses of her
funeral and burial having exceeded the value of the probate assets as
presently determined.
9. That, Petitioner has been advised by CCNB BANK, N.A. that a
full guardianship with investment duties would result in a minimum
charge of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars per year as evidenced by
Exhibit "D", attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein,
and, therefore, beliElves and avers that a sequestered deposit would be
in the best interest of KATlll,EF:N I1ARIE I,YNCH.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully prays Your Honorable Court to
enter an Order that any funds passing to KATHLEEN MARIE LYNCH as a
result of the death of Petitioner's Decedent, by probate or otherwise,
